Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The aim of the project is to carry out BP and PRs aimed at creating a system to monitor the overhead contact line in terms of continuity, completeness and efficiency – anti-theft securing elements of the upper overhead contact line, improving the safety and economics of rail traffic. The created system will be a unique solution on a national and European scale, designed for use in electric overhead contact line. The implementation of planned R & D works will allow for the development of innovative methods of measuring the parameters of the overhead contact network, demonstrating its completeness and, as a result, to create an innovative anti-theft system, without defects of solutions currently used on the market. The project’s priority objective and result will be the creation and implementation of an anti-theft overhead contact line system in economic practice, which will limit theft of contact wires and lifting ropes and components of stress systems. The implementation of the system will not only reduce the financial losses caused by the devastation and theft of infrastructure, but will also definitely improve the safety of workers, passengers and bystanders. Continuous monitoring of traffic network parameters and real-time transmission of alarm signals to relevant services (SOK and Police) will ensure high efficiency of the system. In addition, the creation of a power supply system for devices mounted on the overhead contact line (or near it), which does not have a galvanic connection to the overhead contact line, will increase the reliability and availability of electrical traction power systems. The project will be implemented within the Consortium of the Institute of Railways and PWP ∓quot;Neel" SP. z (English) | |||||||||||||||

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie BP i PR ukierunkowanych na stworzenie systemu monitorującego sieć trakcyjną w zakresie ciągłości, kompletności i sprawności - antykradzieżowego zabezpieczającego elementy górnej sieci jezdnej, poprawiającego bezpieczeństwo i ekonomikę prowadzenia ruchu kolejowego. Stworzony system będzie unikatowym rozwiązaniem w skali kraju i Europy, przeznaczonym do zastosowania w sieci jezdnej będącej pod napięciem. Wykonanie zaplanowanych prac B+R pozwoli na opracowanie nowatorskich metod pomiaru parametrów sieci jezdnej świadczących o jej kompletności i w efekcie na stworzenie innowacyjnego systemu antykradzieżowego, pozbawionego wad rozwiązań stosowanych obecnie na rynku. Priorytetowym celem i rezultatem projektu będzie stworzenie i wdrożenie do praktyki gospodarczej systemu antykradzieżowego sieci jezdnej , którego zastosowanie ograniczy przypadki kradzieży przewodów jezdnych i lin nośnych oraz elementów układów naprężających. Wdrożenie systemu pozwoli nie tylko ograniczyć straty finansowe powodowane dewastacją i kradzieżami infrastruktury, ale również zdecydowanie poprawi bezpieczeństwo pracowników, pasażerów i osób postronnych. Stały monitoring parametrów sieci jezdnej oraz przekazywanie sygnałów alarmowych w czasie rzeczywistym do odpowiednich służb (SOK i Policja) zapewni wysoką skuteczność systemu.
