Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The applicant plans to introduce a process innovation in the course of its business activity by automating the process of producing natural casings from the intestines. In addition, the applicant plans to place a new product on the market, which is glued intestines, so that the casings produced will have the same length desired by the meat manufacturers. Processing of intestines into natural meat casings is a process of high automation difficulty. The intestinal cleansing itself in the process of defrosting has been automated to such an extent that the role of man is limited to servicing technological lines and its ongoing manual support. Another process of intestinal processing is more than 90 % manual work. This is due to the unpredictable preservation of natural material due to the very high distribution of mechanical and physicochemical parameters of the intestines. The material changes not only because of the source of origin but also depending on its supplier or even the date of delivery. So far, human hands have been irreplaceable in this area. The existing machines helped in the process on a random basis. The applicant intends to modernise the technological process by introducing automation in the form of fully automated devices covering the process from soaking purchased cleaned intestines to their packaging for meat establishments. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014).
