Projekt jest dedykowany animowaniu i wspieraniu transakcji polegających na transferze technologii do przedsiębiorstw. Grantobiorcami w projekcie będą przedsiębiorcy z sektora małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. Formy wsparcia występujące w projekcie to: - działania kojarzące, animujące; - wsparcie merytoryczne w ramach usług doradczych; - wsparcie finansowe obejmujące współfinansowanie usług doradczych oraz nabycia prawa własności lub licencji do wykorzystania technologii. Udzielanie pomocy finansowej będzie się odbywało w drodze konkursu, na podstawie umów o powierzenie grantu. Zostaną stworzone procedury oceny, zawierania umów, kontroli, rozliczeń składanych wniosków konkursowych. Budżet projektu wynosi 104 319 367,95 zł, w tym EFRR to 77 906 511,34 zł, wkład własny to 26 412 856,61 zł. Kategorie wydatków to: dofinansowanie nabycia prawa własności lub licencji przez MŚP, koszty zakupu usług doradczych i koszty obsługi projektu. Wydatki projektu skierowane bezpośrednio do Grantobiorców stanowią 66% wydatków pokrywanych z EFRR. (Polish)
