The aim of the project is to raise the company’s technological level and implement new product solutions aimed at global markets. The subject of the investment is the construction and equipment of POLFER’s new R & D centre. New research facilities will also be obtained in line with the estimate of the investment presented in the project. 1 Scope in kind and financial of the project. The profits generated by the project will create an opportunity for activities aimed at continuously improving the quality of products, making the company more flexible in meeting the expectations of the markets and friendly to both the recipient and the environment. In addition, thanks to the B &R department’s improved technical parameters, POLFER products will be a helpful tool for making business decisions, including those aimed at improving the efficiency and competitiveness of our customers’ services and products. The project has the potential to have a positive impact on the region’s economy by exploiting links with IS areas to the following extent: a. Intelligent management systems in industry and infrastructure – Technology and process solutions for optimising the consumption and management of energy resources of infrastructure facilities. b. Intelligent management systems in industry and infrastructure – Measurement systems using electromagnetic radiation for industrial applications. Production processes require automation, which enables the delivery of mass, homogeneous and reliable products with ever higher parameters required by the customers. Polfer has for the moment confirmed by customers (entities with established market position) interest in a new type of products: ABB, Danfoss, Conistics – Fraba, Hager, GE, Legrand, Rockwell. Celem projektu jest podniesienie poziomu technologicznego firmy i wdrożenie nowych rozwiązań produktowych skierowanych na rynki światowe. Przedmiotem inwestycji jest budowa i wyposażenie nowej siedziby centrum badawczo – rozwojowego podzespołów indukcyjnych firmy POLFER. Dział b&r zyska także nowe urządzenia badawcze zgodnie z kosztorysem inwestycji przedstawionym w zał. 1 Zakres rzeczowo – finansowy projektu. Generowane przez projekt zyski stworzą możliwość dla działań zmierzających do ciągłego podnoszenia jakości produktów, czyniąc firmę bardziej elastyczną w zakresie spełniania oczekiwań rynków oraz przyjazną zarówno dla odbiorcy jak też dla otoczenia. Ponadto dzięki pracom działu B&R udoskonalonym parametrom technicznym wyroby POLFER stanowić będą pomocne narzędzie przy podejmowaniu biznesowych decyzji, w tym tych, które mają na celu poprawę efektywności oraz konkurencyjności usług i produktów naszych klientów. Projekt ma potencjał pozytywnego oddziaływania na gospodarkę regionu, dzięki wykorzystaniu powiązań z obszarami IS w następującym zakresie: a. Inteligentne systemy zarządzania w przemyśle i infrastrukturze - Rozwiązania technologiczne i procesowe do optymalizacji zużycia i zarządzania zasobami energetycznymi obiektów infrastrukturalnych. b. Inteligentne systemy zarządzania w przemyśle i infrastrukturze - Systemy pomiarowe wykorzystujące promieniowanie elektromagnetyczne do zastosowań przemysłowych. Procesy produkcyjne wymagają automatyzacji, która powala na dostarczanie masowych, jednorodnych i niezawodnych produktów o coraz wyższych parametrach, wymaganych przez zleceniodawców. POLFER na chwilę obecną posiada potwierdzone przez klientów (podmioty o ugruntowanej pozycji na rynku) zainteresowanie nowym typem produktów: ABB, Danfoss, Conistics - FRABA, HAGER, GE, Legrand, Rockwell.
