The subject of the project implemented by Tomorrow ’s System Sp. z o.o., operating under the brand Opt Lasers, will be the development of a laser technology allowing the introduction of an innovative multi-diode (4-6 diodes) cutting head using laser diodes with a wavelength of 20-30 W. In addition, it is assumed to use the developed technology in other products available on the market of the applicant. The emergence of higher-power laser diodes in recent years has forced the dynamic development of LED laser technologies. Laser heads are currently used mainly for cutting fabrics (including industrial fabrics), paper, cardboard, paperboard, rubber, certain types of wood and plastics. It is worth pointing out that the implementation of the project is a response to the needs of customers who expect a further increase in the power of laser heads, which is now possible only by combining beams with several LEDs. The LED lasers are more compact and do not require additional infrastructure (mirror system, fiber optics, special power supply, special cooling, additional security systems). The high-powered laser head developed in the design will be an attractive alternative in many market segments. The semiconductor laser, which is the final result of the project, will be smaller, lighter, energy-efficient, emitting less heat, without requiring complex electrical and optical systems. By developing an ergonomic design, it will also be able to be mounted on more diverse machines than competitive solutions, which increases its versatility and ease of application. Launching innovative technology will create new fields of application for &nda laser heads (English)

Laser półprzewodnikowy będący finalnym efektem projektu będzie mniejszy, lżejszy, oszczędniejszy energetycznie, emitujący mniej ciepła, nie wymagający skomplikowanych układów elektrycznych i optycznych.
