The aim of the project is to develop during R & D a technology for recovery of polymer from municipal and agricultural waste in order to obtain a regranulate with significantly improved physico-chemical properties, used as a substitute for the original raw material in the process of production of film for industrial applications (packaging foil, Scaffold foil used, among others, in the construction, automotive and marine industries), which will be implemented in its own business. The project responds to the market demand for high-quality regranulat and technological niche related to the lack of availability of technology allowing for economically efficient recovery of plastics from municipal waste and agricultural foils – heavily contaminated material and very diverse. Polyolefins used in the production of municipal and agricultural foils have different physico-mechanical properties. Currently, the literal nature and structure of typical pollutants occurring in agricultural and municipal foil waste prevents their simultaneous processing. The use of municipal and agricultural waste recycled film will provide a much more attractive substitute for this type of products with significantly improved properties. The innovative solution resulting from the project will be characterised by a number of utilities not currently available on the market, which stem from the currently diagnosed economic needs of plastic recyclers, i.e.: low availability of high-quality standard waste material with high availability of municipal foil and agricultural foil available (English) | |||||||||||||||

ERG BIERUŃ - FOLIE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ
0 references
Celem projektu jest opracowanie w trakcie prac B+R technologii odzysku tworzywa polimerowego z odpadów komunalnych i rolniczych celem uzyskania regranulatu o znacząco ulepszonych właściwościach fizyko-chemicznych, służącego jako zamiennik oryginalnego surowca w procesie produkcji folii do zastosowań przemysłowych (folia opakowaniowa, folia typu scaffold stosowana m.in w przemyśle budowlanym, motoryzacyjnym, morskim), która zostanie następnie wdrożona we własnej działalności gospodarczej znacząco poprawiając poziom innowacyjności ERG Bieruń-Folie Sp. z o.o. dzięki wykorzystaniu rezultatów prac B+R niniejszego projektu. Wykorzystanie do produkcji folii recyklatów odpadów komunalnych i rolniczych, pozwoli uzyskać zdecydowanie atrakcyjniejszy zamiennik tego typu produktów o znacząco ulepszonych właściwościach. Nowatorskie rozwiązanie będące efektem projektu będzie odznaczać się szeregiem użyteczności niedostępnych aktualnie na rynku, które wynikają z diagnozowanych obecnie potrzeb gospodarczych recyklerów tworzyw sztucznych tj. m.in: niska dostępność wysokiej jakości standardowego surowca odpadowego przy jednoczesnej wysokiej dostępności folii komunalnych i folii rolniczych dostępnych (Polish)
