I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The subject of the project is to carry out R & D work on the device (processing innovation) for mass synthesis of groundbreaking carbide composites enriched with diamond – Dec (product innovation) with high commercial potential confirmed by letters of intent. Studies on the properties of the DEC will be carried out. The work will include the development of a high power supply system for heating DEC in the process of large-scale synthesis, as well as the study of phenomena affecting the physico-chemical properties of components and DEC composite in laboratory conditions (including vacuum). A new type of process chamber with three zones will be developed for the large-scale production process: loading, trial, receiving. The project will enable the Company to develop a process in which it will offer a new product, previously unavailable on the world market — – DEC composite tiles with wide use in oil &gas industries (mainly drilling), mining and tunnel construction, as well as other applications in civil engineering. The DEC synthesis, different from the solutions offered by the Company, requires the development of new technological solutions for each synthesis zone independently, taking into account parameters such as temperature, pressure and pressure. A novelty of the loading zone will be the use of an additional phase of degassing the powder before the sintering process, thereby reducing the content of O2 absorbed on the surface of diamond particles. A novelty for the process zone will be the use of mechanical manipulators excluding the requirement to open the chamber doors after the sintering process. (English)

    Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie prac B+R nad urządzeniem (innowacja procesowa) do masowej syntezy przełomowego kompozytu węglików wzbogaconych diamentem – DEC (innowacja produktowa) o wysokim potencjale komercyjnym potwierdzonym listami intencyjnymi. Przeprowadzone zostaną badania nad właściwościami DEC. Prace obejmą opracowanie układu zasilania dużej mocy do nagrzewania DEC w procesie syntezy wielkoseryjnej, a także badania zjawisk wpływających na właściwości fizykochemiczne składników oraz kompozytu DEC w warunkach laboratoryjnych (w tym próżniowych). Na rzecz procesu wielkoseryjnej produkcji opracowany zostanie nowy typ komory procesowej z trzema strefami: załadowczą, procesową, odbiorczą. Projekt umożliwi Spółce opracowanie procesu, w wyniku którego zaoferuje nowy produkt, niedostępny dotychczas na rynku światowym – płytki z kompozytu DEC o szerokim zastosowaniu w branżach oil&gas (głównie wiertnictwo), górniczej i budowy tuneli a także innych aplikacjach w inżynierii lądowej. Synteza DEC, odmiennie od rozwiązań oferowanych przez Spółkę, wymaga opracowania nowych rozwiązań technologicznych dla każdej strefy syntezy niezależnie, z uwzględnieniem parametrów jak m.in. temperatura, ciśnienie, nacisk. Nowością strefy załadowczej będzie zastosowanie dodatkowego etapu odgazowania proszku przed procesem spiekania, a tym samym obniżenie zawartości O2 zaabsorbowanego na powierzchni cząstek diamentu. Nowością dla strefy procesowej będzie zastosowanie manipulatorów mechanicznych wykluczających wymóg otwierania drzwi komory po procesie spiekania. (Polish)
