Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The project involves the development and development of a system for high-speed mechanical connections for the medical industry, permeable to X-rays made of carbon composite, which guarantees: —increasing the transparency of the operational field, – eliminating currently visible blackouts on the screen – improving the work of surgeons not disturbed by metals, better visibility of tissues (using a radiating device). The system consists of: Transparent for X-rays of a carbon composite with the addition of elastomer with a side rail for mounting operational accessories, made of a faithful composite (currently used rails are metal) 3 types of terminals-mounts made of carbon composite, (without metal elements) to operating attachments 1 operating appetisers The project will be achieved by fulfilling tasks: Carrying out material tests of samples from carbon composites differing in layers, type of fibres and location of elastomer interlayers. The results will allow the introduction of material data for MES modeling. Conduct tribological tests on the top layer of the composite. Tribological studies will enable the determination of friction coefficient and facilitate the development of correct technology for the production of top layers of target elements. Demonstration technology for pilot testing The success of the project will be the introduction of a composite system for quick assembly of appetisers to operating tables and tabletop with a clear side rail. As a result, surgeons will have access to better visibility of the site’s X-rays. (English)

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Badania tribologiczne umożliwią wyznaczenie współczynnika tarcia i ułatwią opracowanie poprawnej technologii wytwarzania warstw wierzchnich docelowych elementów. Wykonanie demonstratora technologii do badań pilotażowych Sukcesem projektu będzie wprowadzenie kompozytowego systemu do szybkiego montażu przystawek do stołów operacyjnych i blatu do stołu operacyjnego z przezierną szyną boczną. Dzięki temu chirurdzy będą mieli dostęp do lepszej widoczności obrazowanego za pomocą promieni RTG miejsca. (Polish)
