The aim of the project is to establish a research and development centre at Polmlek The R & D work, which will be carried out in the established R & D Centre, will be aimed at finding the greatest possible possibilities for the development of whey molasses in dry form. Development of whey molasses drying technology can contribute to the use of the resulting products as a valuable source of nutrients for farmed animals. The development of such technologies will allow for various innovative products of varying composition and, above all, of extended durability. The addition to molasses of diversified nutrients will result in the creation of innovative products not available so far on the Polish market, which will be used in many industries such as food, pharmaceutical and feed. Celem projektu jest utworzenie centrum badawczo-rozwojowego w firmie POLMLEK Prace badawczo-rozwojowe, które będą realizowane w utworzonym Centrum B+R będą ukierunkowane na znalezienie jak największych możliwości zagospodarowania melasy serwatkowej w postaci suchej. Opracowanie technologii suszenia melasy serwatkowej może przyczynić się do wykorzystania powstałych produktów jako cennego źródła składników odżywczych dla zwierząt hodowlanych. Opracowanie takich technologii pozwoli na otrzymanie różnych innowacyjnych produktów o zróżnicowanym składzie, a przede wszystkim o przedłużonej trwałości. Dodatek do melasy zróżnicowanych składników odżywczych będzie skutkował powstawaniem innowacyjnych, niedostępnych jak do tej pory na rynku polskim produktów, które znajdą zastosowanie w wielu gałęziach przemysłu jak spożywczy, farmaceutyczny oraz paszowy.
