| Property / summary: The objective of our project is to set up a Research and Development Centre, whose activities will be focused on developing innovative solutions for the feed industry sector.The scope of the project will build the centre and equip the centre with the necessary equipment and software to carry out the research.Our project comprises a single research area, with eleven research tasks being carried out around the development of a process and a protein technology (lupin, field bean).Innovation is a breakthrough, comprehensive technology of protein crops (field beans, lupins).We will be the first research and development centre which, through research, will develop a viable, comprehensive protein and leguminous protein technology for the national and European markets, one of the most valuable feed components, i.e. protein derived from legume seeds. CEL Celem naszego projektu jest utworzenie Centrum Badawczo-Rozwojowego, którego działalność będzie skoncentrowana wokół opracowywaniu innowacyjnych rozwiązań z branży przemysłu paszowego. ZAKRES W ramach przedsięwzięcia wybudujemy i wyposażymy centrum w niezbędną aparaturę i oprogramowanie do prowadzenia prac badawczych. Nasz projekt obejmuje jeden obszar badawczy, w ramach którego zrealizujemy jedenaście zadań badawczych skupionych wokół opracowania procesu i technologii pozyskiwania białka z roślin strączkowych (łubinu, bobiku). INNOWACJA Opracujemy przełomową, kompleksową technologię pozyskiwania wysokowartościowego białka z roślin strączkowych (bobik, łubin). Będziemy pierwszym ośrodkiem badawczo – rozwojowym, który dzięki przeprowadzonym badaniom, opracuje opłacalną, kompleksową technologię pozyskiwania białka z roślin strączkowych i wprowadzi na rynek krajowy i europejski, jeden z najcenniejszych komponentów paszowych, tj. białko pochodzenia roślinnego z nasion roślin strączkowych.
