The subject of this project is the implementation of the new production technology and the launch of the production of significantly improved products on the territory of the Republic of Poland: — prefabricated elements of concrete wells based on admixture in the form of anional asphalt emulsion and monofilament polymer-basal fibres as dispersed reinforcement. Innovative products made of reinforced concrete meet the high requirements of products designed for use in concrete constructions and hydrotechnical products (including elements of sewage infrastructure) for which are expected to be high strength, high frost-resistance, high resistance to aggression, high water supply, high water resistance, high resistance to aggression, high water supply and high water resistance. The main objective of the project is to implement innovative, own production technology to prefabricate new concrete elements with increased technological parameters using innovative organic impurity and fused fibres, by creating a dedicated and individually synthesised technological line for the production of new products, as a strategy for gaining competitive advantage. Innowacyjne produkty wykonane z betonu o podwyz˙szonej trwałos´ci spełnia? wysokie wymagania stawiane wyrobom przeznaczonym do uz˙ytkowania w betonowych konstrukcjach i wyrobach hydrotechnicznych (w tym elementach infrastruktury kanalizacyjnej) w przypadku, kto´rych oczekuje sie? wysokiej wytrzymałos´ci, wysokiej mrozoodpornos´ci, wysokiej odpornos´ci na agresje? s´rodowiska, wysokiej wodoszczelnos´ci, niskiej nasia?kliwos´ci i małego skurczu. Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie innowacyjnej, własnej technologii produkcji do prefabrykacji nowych elementów betonowych o podwyższonych parametrach technologicznych z użyciem innowacyjnej domieszki organicznej i włókien rozposzonych, poprzez stworzenie dedykowanej i indywidualnie zsyntezowanej linii technologicznej dla produkcji nowych produktów, jako strategii uzyskania przewagi konkurencyjnej.
