Niniejszy projekt dotyczy inwestycji początkowej w rzeczowe aktywa trwałe lub wartości niematerialne i prawne związane z dywersyfikacją produkcji zakładu poprzez wprowadzenie produktów uprzednio nieprodukowanych w zakładzie W ramach realizacji przedmiotowego przedsięwzięcia Nowel sp. z o.o. zamierza utworzyć na terenie swojego zakładu Centrum Badawczo-Rozwojowe dla gamy pieczywa funkcjonalnego poprzez nabycie środków trwałych służących prowadzeniu prac B+R. Nabycie nowoczesnego wyposażenia laboratoryjnego pozwoli na prowadzenie badań i testów z zakresu B+R. Tym samym, wynikiem ich realizacji będzie zarówno innowacja procesowa jak i produktowa. W związku z tym, zostanie poszerzona oferta przedsiębiorstwa o nowe produkty, a także wprowadzane zostaną nowe rozwiązania produkcyjne. Przedsiębiorstwo posiada wysoko wykwalifikowaną kadrę z dużym doświadczeniem w pracach badawczo- rozwojowych, którą stanowią przede wszystkim absolwenci szkół wyższych. (Polish)
