The project aims to develop a base construction of a new generation tram with unprecedented parameters, characterised by lower mass and low energy consumption thanks to the use of properly selected plastics in the construction of the bodywork. The placing on the market of a low-floor single-floor vehicle with low structural mass will translate into low rim wear and track infrastructure, lower energy consumption, less environmental impact (vibration and vibration reduction) and lower operating costs for rolling stock. The vehicle will be a completely new construction not yet seen in Poland. The product will be designed for cities with runway lines and less load lines. The project will be implemented in 4 stages: —Industrial research: —1: Development of technical assumptions – Development work: —2: Production of the first laboratory models -3: Construction of a new generation tram prototype -4: Tests of the prototype regarding the compatibility of parameters and functionality with the assumptions are planned to complete the implementation of the project at the level of technological readiness IX. The project will allow to obtain the basic construction of the tram with verified functionalities and technical parameters, created as a result of the application of components in real conditions. The project responds to the market need for the target group to create a tram limiting the mass of the structure, energy consumption in rolling stock and noise in the area of urban infrastructure. The result of the project will be implemented at the plant in Biskupicy Wlkp. (the place of implementation of the project) by launching serial production of these structures, therefore implementation of the results of R & D works will take place in the territory of the Republic of Poland within 3 years of its completion. Projekt ma na celu opracowanie bazowej konstrukcji tramwaju nowej generacji o niespotykanych na rynku parametrach, charakteryzujący się mniejszą masą i niskim zużyciem energii dzięki zastosowaniu odpowiednio dobranych tworzyw sztucznych w budowie nadwozia. Wprowadzenie na rynek niskopodłogowego jednoczłonowego pojazdu o niskiej konstrukcyjnej masie przełoży się na niskie zużycie obręczy kół i infrastruktury torowej, niższe zużycie energii, mniejsze oddziaływanie na otoczenie (ograniczenie wibracji i drgań) i spadek kosztów eksploatacji taboru. Pojazd będzie zupełnie nową konstrukcją jak dotąd nie spotykaną w Polsce. Produkt przeznaczony będzie dla miast posiadających linie wybiegowe i linie o mniejszym obciążeniu. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany w 4 etapach: -Badania przemysłowe: -1: Opracowanie założeń technicznych -Prace rozwojowe: -2: Wykonanie pierwszych modeli laboratoryjnych -3: Wykonanie prototypu tramwaju nowej generacji -4: Testy prototypu w zakresie zgodności parametrów i funkcjonalności z założeniami Planowane jest zakończenie realizacji projektu na IX poziomie gotowości technologicznej. Projekt pozwoli na uzyskanie bazowej konstrukcji tramwaju o zweryfikowanych funkcjonalnościach i parametrach technicznych, powstałych w wyniku zastosowania podzespołów w warunkach rzeczywistych. Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na potrzebę rynkową grupy docelowej związaną z koniecznością stworzenia tramwaju ograniczającego masę konstrukcji, zużycie energii w taborze szynowym i hałas w obszarze infrastruktury miejskiej. Rezultat projektu zostanie wdrożony w zakładzie w Biskupicach Wlkp. (miejsce realizacji projektu) poprzez uruchomienie seryjnej produkcji przedmiotowych konstrukcji w związku z czym wdrożenie wyników prac B+R nastąpi na terytorium RP w okresie 3 lat od jego zakończenia.
