Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The project involves the development of an innovative, autonomous device for producing electricity from low water drops based on existing levels. The planned project result will be capable of achieving significantly higher efficiency – about 85 % and achieving more power than in available competitive solutions, with the same flow characteristics and flooring height. An innovative feature of the new technology for the production of electricity from low water drops is the construction of an innovative water turbine that allows the production of energy from kinetic force and potential water. The innovative water wheel will be able to work on different floors (intermediate and submerged), especially in places with low waterfalls. Upon completion of the research and implementation phase, Hydrovolt will supply the market with an autonomous device for producing energy from low water drops, the characteristics of which will be significantly better compared to possible competitive solutions such as the Archimedes screw, the Kaplan turbine or the VLH. The project’s objectives are planned to be achieved by carrying out 6 stages of R & D work, including: —research in the field of water turbine construction -material selection and strength analysis of structures -testing and development of composition of concrete mix and trough construction -development and testing of the prototype (1:6) -tests and experimental tests of the prototype components in a scale of 1:1 -tests and testing of the prototype’s polygon tests. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Projekt zakłada opracowanie innowacyjnego, autonomicznego urządzenia do produkcji energii elektrycznej z niskich spadków wody w oparciu o istniejące stopnie piętrzące. Planowany do wdrożenia rezultat projektu będzie cechowała możliwość osiągnięcia znacząco wyższej sprawności-ok.85% oraz osiągnięcia większej mocy niż w dostępnych rozwiązaniach konkurencyjnych, przy takich samych charakterystykach przepływu cieku oraz wysokości piętrzenia. Cechą innowacyjną nowej technologii do produkcji prądu z niskich spadków wody jest konstrukcja innowacyjnej turbiny wodnej umożliwiająca produkcję energii z siły kinetycznej i potencjalnej wody. Osiągnięcie celów projektu planowane jest poprzez przeprowadzenie 6-etapowch prac B+R obejmujących: -badania w zakresie konstrukcji turbiny wodnej -dobór materiałów i analizy wytrzymałościowe konstrukcji -badania i opracowanie składu mieszanki betonowej i konstrukcji koryta -opracowanie i testy prototypu (1:6) -testy i badania eksperymentalne stworzonych komponentów prototypu w skali 1:1 -testy i badania poligonowe prototypu.
