The project involves the implementation of a family of acoustic wall and ceiling panels into production technology, which offer the highest sound absorption properties in enclosed rooms while minimising the weight and dimensions of acoustic systems. The product will be made on the basis of a perforated wood-based panel, and is the subject of the application of the PANELU sound-absorbing model, designed in particular as a wall and ceiling lining of the rooms. The obtained positive report on the state of the art of notification No W. 127152 did not reveal existing solutions of this type in this field, neither comprehensive nor fragmentary, preventing legal protection from obtaining the subject matter of the notification. The production of the products described above presupposes the use of technology introducing new, beneficial methods, different from the processes currently used, which were not previously available in alternative solutions, economically, environmental protection and, above all, the unique features of the new product being implemented. The technology in relation to traditional sound-intensive panel production technologies will be characterised by the use of a proprietary 8-stage production process schema, developed to achieve maximum automation and efficiency in the operation of the plant, where machine production is combined and interlaced with manual production. Particularly innovative elements of this process, which are unprecedented in the industry, will be: • MDF perforation (MDF) Medium-Density Fibreboard) using an eccentric press • the use of a proprietary reverb chamber to test acoustic properties of components and finished products The project will last for 16 months, in the period from 2018.05.01 to 2019.08.31. Medium-Density Fibreboard) z wykorzystaniem prasy mimośrodowej • wykorzystanie autorskiej komory pogłosowej do badania właściwości akustycznych komponentów i wyrobów gotowych Realizacja projektu będzie trwała 16 miesięcy, w okresie od 2018.05.01 do 2019.08.31.
