The implementation of the project will consist of launching the production of new 3D printers line using the technology developed by the Applicant for the construction of the printer. On the basis of experience, market observation, as well as information obtained from customers, the applicant has developed an innovative printer design that meets the needs of customers mainly in the AUTOMOTIV industry. Equipping the printer with additional elements allows to correct errors arising during printouts, significantly reduces printout time, ensures sterility in the printing chamber, which consequently allows for the use of spatial printing in a wider range – during printouts which so far could not be made on 3D printers (high precision and repeatability of printouts), or their execution became unprofitable due to the high time consuming and thus high costs. The developed technology is the result of the Applicant’s own work and research team – R&D, which has been working on ever newer solutions in spatial printing technology since 2014. Innovative green technological solutions included in this improved 3D printer represent the breakthrough of the product for the industry. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Realizacja projektu będzie polegała na uruchomieniu produkcji linii nowych drukarek 3D z wykorzystaniem opracowanej przez Wnioskodawcę technologii konstrukcji drukarki. Wnioskodawca na podstawie doświadczenia, obserwacji rynku, a także informacji uzyskiwanych od odbiorców opracował innowacyjną konstrukcję drukarki, która zaspokaja potrzeby klientów głównie branży automotiv. Wyposażenie drukarki w dodatkowe elementy pozwala zniwelować błędy powstające podczas wydruków, znacznie ogranicza czas wykonywania wydruków, zapewnia sterylność w komorze drukującej, co w konsekwencji umożliwia wykorzystanie druku przestrzennego w szerszym zakresie – podczas wydruków, które do tej pory nie mogły być wykonywane na drukarkach 3D (wysoka precyzja i powtarzalność wydruków), lub ich wykonanie stawało się nieopłacalne ze względu na dużą czasochłonność, a tym samym wysokie koszty. Opracowana technologia jest wynikiem własnych prac Wnioskodawcy oraz zespołu badawczego – działu R&D, który od 2014 roku pracuje nad coraz to nowszymi rozwiązaniami w technologii druku przestrzennym. Innowacyjne proekologiczne rozwiązania technologiczne ujęte w przedmiotowej udoskonalonej drukarce 3D stanowią o przełomowości produktu dla branży. (Polish)
