The aim of the project is to implement the groundbreaking technology for automotive industry, developed by the Company for the production of connectors for electrical connections of heating, signal and antenna systems in single layer and multilayer automotive glazings, which is unpatented technical knowledge of the Company. The innovation will be implemented into the Company’s own business activity. This process innovation will be characterised by a number of key features and functionalities, including: — automation and robotisation of the production process, – application of video control, – universality and increase in production efficiency, – reduced energy intensity. As a result of the implementation of the Project, the current technological process of the Company will be supplemented by the developmental elements of the production line, which constitute unique know-how of the Company. The modern technology of the production of connectors will allow, above all, to increase the automation of the production process, resulting in the possibility for the Company to produce connectors characterised by high-quality technological parameters while increasing the Company’s production capacity. Ultimately, the implementation of the technology will increase the company’s recognition on the market and gain new customer groups. The objective of the project will be achieved by equipping the new production plant with the necessary machinery and equipment as a technological/production line, thanks to which innovative production technology will be implemented. Celem realizacji projektu jest wdrożenie przełomowej dla branży automotive, opracowanej przez Spółkę technologii produkcji złączy do połączeń elektrycznych systemów grzewczych, sygnałowych i antenowych w jednowarstwowych i wielowarstwowych szybach samochodowych, stanowiącej nieopatentowaną wiedzę techniczną Spółki. Innowacja zostanie wdrożona do własnej działalności gospodarczej Spółki. Przedmiotową innowację procesową cechować będzie szereg kluczowych cech i funkcjonalności, w tym: - automatyzacja i robotyzacja procesu produkcyjnego, - zastosowanie kontroli wizyjnej, - uniwersalność oraz wzrost efektywności produkcji, - zmniejszona energochłonność. W wyniku realizacji Projektu obecny proces technologiczny Spółki zostanie uzupełniony o opracowane w wyniku realizacji prac rozwojowych elementy ciągu produkcyjnego stanowiące unikatowe know-how Spółki. Nowoczesna technologia produkcji konektorów umożliwi przede wszystkim zwiększenie automatyzacji procesu produkcyjnego skutkujące możliwością wytwarzania przez Spółkę konektorów charakteryzujących się wysokojakościowymi parametrami technologicznymi przy jednoczesnym zwiększeniu zdolności produkcyjnej Spółki. Docelowo wdrożenie technologii wpłynie na wzrost rozpoznawalności Spółki na rynku oraz pozyskanie nowych grup klientów. Cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty poprzez wyposażenie nowego zakładu produkcyjnego w niezbędne maszyny i urządzenia stanowiące linię technologiczną/produkcyjną, dzięki której będzie wdrożona innowacyjna technologia produkcji.
