Reference number of the aid programme: SA.42799(2015/X), help_de_minimis: §42 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on the granting by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development financial assistance under the Operational Programme Intelligent Development 2014-2020.The subject of the project is the development by the selected unit – Institute of Wood Technology in Poznań, innovative, multilayer wooden floor elements. The study will be done for the benefit of ZENON Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter ZENON or the Applicant). The scope of the project will include a study and an analysis of the production technology used so far in the company. Test batches (three versions of materials and construction) of “raw” floor boards will be made together with testing and optimisation of their parameters (moist materials, time and press pressure). Tests on the technical parameters of prototypes will be carried out and their performance characteristics will be tested. Stability of dimensions and shape, glue joints quality, dent resistance (hardness), susceptibility to side machining, strength and rigidity and thermal conductivity factors will be examined. The next stage will be the production of selected versions of finally finished prototypes of innovative products for functional-use testing and testing. The reaction to fire, the degree of formaldehyde emissions and volatile organic compounds, as well as the abrasion and resistance to light radiation will be examined. The suitability of selected versions of boards for use on floor heating will be checked. The floors will also be tested under real conditions. An environmental impact assessment will be carried out using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method. The result of the project will be the development of an innovative product in the form of multilayer wood floor boards with the development of a technological diagram and production process (English) | |||||||||||||||

Zostaną wykonane partie próbne (trzech wersji materiałowo-konstrukcyjnych) prototypów „surowych” desek posadzkowych wraz z badaniami i optymalizacją ich parametrów (wilgotności materiałów, czasu i ciśnienia prasowania). Kolejnym etapem będzie wykonanie wybranych wersji finalnie wykończonych prototypów innowacyjnych produktów do badań funkcjonalno-użytkowych i testów poligonowych. Zostanie zbadana reakcja na ogień, stopień emisji formaldehydu i lotnych związków organicznych, a także przebadana ścieralność i odporność na promieniowanie świetlne. Sprawdzona zostanie przydatność wybranych wersji desek do stosowania na ogrzewaniu podłogowym. Posadzki zostaną również poddane testom w warunkach rzeczywistych. Przeprowadzona zostanie ocena wpływu na środowisko metodą Oceny Cyklu Życia (LCA). Rezultatem projektu będzie opracowanie innowacyjnego produktu w postaci wielowarstwowych desek posadzkowych z drewna wraz z opracowaniem schematu technologicznego i procesu produkcji (Polish)
