In addition, algorithms for analysis and adaptation of these profiles to employers’ expectations will be developed. These algorithms will form the basis for a platform whereby each user can analyse the content contained in his social networking or CV profile, as well as feedback on which parts of his or her social networking site should be modified. The volume of CV content and profile will be analysed and divided into different sections, profile updates, profile photos and qualitative and semantic content of the key sections of the profile. In the further content of the application for funding of the candidate’s CV and his profile on social networks, the Applicant will call the “profile”. Thus, a properly modified user profile will make it much more attractive on the labour market. Users of the platform agree to the processing of personal data by Lobo. Headhunterzy zatrudnieni w spółce, to profesjonaliści, którzy dzięki kreatywności wspartej najnowszymi zdobyczami technologii, docierają do kandydatów nieosiągalnych standardowymi metodami rekrutacyjnymi. Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest zakup prac badawczo-rozwojowych w celu przeprowadzenia analizy wpływu profili użytkowników w portalach społecznościowych oraz CV na szansę otrzymania atrakcyjnej oferty pracy. Dodatkowo zostaną opracowane algorytmy analizy oraz dostosowania tych profili do oczekiwań pracodawców. Algorytmy te będą stanowić podstawę platformy, dzięki której każdy użytkownik będzie mógł przeanalizować treści zawarte w swoim profilu portalu społecznościowego lub przesłanym CV, a także uzyska informację zwrotną, które jego fragmenty należy poddać modyfikacji. Analizie podlegać będzie objętość treści CV i na profilu oraz jej podział na różne sekcje, aktualność profilu, zdjęcia profilowe oraz jakościowo-semantyczne treści kluczowych sekcji profilu. W dalszej treści wniosku o dofinansowanie CV kandydata oraz jego profil w sieciach społecznościowych Wnioskodawca będzie nazywać "profilem". Tym samym odpowiednio zmodyfikowany profil użytkownika sprawi, iż będzie on zdecydowanie bardziej atrakcyjny na rynku pracy. Korzystający z platformy użytkownicy wyrażą zgodę na przetwarzanie danych osobowych przez spółkę Lobo. Dzięki temu Wnioskodawca powiększy swoją bazę potencjalnych pracowników i będzie w stanie realizować większą liczbę procesów (Polish)
