‘Aid programme reference number: SA.42799(2015/X), help_de_minimis: §42 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on the provision of financial assistance by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development under the Operational Programme Intelligent Development 2014-2020"The subject of the project is the purchase of a service from the Faculty of Mechanical Technology of the Silesian University of Technology consisting of the development of a new technology. The new technology is intended to enable the treatment of waste occurring in permanently complex large structures, characterised by material variability with a significant proportion of composites. In particular, the technology is to be dedicated to efficient (by automated processes) recycling of end-of-life vehicles, in particular including electric and hybrid cars. The result of the implementation of the technology is to be a recovery service dedicated in particular to vehicle dismantling stations. The technology will be universal in nature and can also be used for other large-size waste groups characterised by material variability and thus the recovery service can be dedicated to other producers (collecting/processing) of waste, including in particular RIPOK (installations where waste is collected). Products obtained as a result of recovery, their form and purity must meet the expectations of final recipients of processing products. Research and development will also be aimed at developing production methods leading to automation of technological processes, including full material identification. The implementation of the project concerns both the development of new technology and the elements leading to its implementation. The elaboration will also include guidelines for the design of the technological installation and the infrastructure needed to implement the technology. The elaboration will also include a technolo implementation plan (English)
