The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of AGRO TRADE on the domestic and international markets by obtaining the capacity to produce innovative fertiliser based on waste from biomass incineration by 31.12.2017. By observing the market for fertilisers and measures to improve the parameters of arable soils, we came to the conclusion that many of the available and at the same time problem substances (biomass ash) have parameters that can be successfully used to fertilise crops after proper treatment. Ashes contain significant quantities of elements that farmers have to purchase separately to fertilise their fields (e.g. potassium). Fertilising fields can be cheaper and more efficient. However, it was necessary to carry out appropriate research and field experiments. We now have the knowledge and the necessary permits to produce cheap products that improve soil parameters, which replace very expensive enrichment products. The problem is the lack of a safe, efficient and adequate production volume of “Profit pK” fertiliser production. In economic terms, the investment will allow us to achieve a significant advantage over competition – we will be able to produce cheap high-quality products. Our new product is simply mixed lime and ashes from the combustion of biomass. Ashes are a very good source of potassium necessary for cultivation. The fertiliser prepared in this way will contain 2-3.5 % Potassium and will cost approx. 96-102 PLN/tonne net. It will contain 20-35 kg of potassium. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Przygotowany w ten sposób nawóz będzie zawierał 2-3,5% Potasu i będzie kosztował ok. 96-102 PLN/tonę netto. Będzie zawierał 20-35 kg potasu. (Polish)
