The project concerns the construction of a warehouse hall with a link in Czeluśnica 80 near Jasła and the purchase of machinery and equipment together with software that will serve the launch of new, unproduced or significantly improved products in the field of the aviation industry. The scope of the project is focused on the implementation of the new technology of mass production of aviation retailers. The scope of the project stems from the identified needs of the Applicant for the implementation of large-scale aviation retail production technologies. The project is also a response to the market needs associated with aviation production, which the applicant has recognised and identified in the last 2 years, and subsequently, as a result of his own development, developed his own new mass production technology for small-size aeronautical components for the production of the latest generation of aircraft engines in the world. In addition, the applicant has undergone the full certification procedure of AS 9100, i.e. the quality standard allowing qualified suppliers in the aerospace industry and became a member of the Cluster of the Key DOLINA LOTNICZ bringing together qualified manufacturers of the aviation industry. The project includes the purchase of machinery and equipment necessary to launch a new production technology for air retailers and the necessary premises base, which is currently not available to the applicant to achieve the project’s objectives mentioned above. As part of the project, a warehouse hall with a link will be built, where the logistics, measurement and distribution processes related to the purchase of materials for production, quality control of the details and the forwarding of finished products will be concentrated. The newly purchased machines will be planted in the current production hall. This is the most cost-effective and optimal option for the implementation of a new technology for the production of small-size aviation retailers from difficult-to-workable materials. (English)

W ramach projektu zostanie wybudowana hala magazynowa wraz z łącznikiem, gdzie skupione zostaną procesy logistyczne, pomiarowe i dystrybucyjne związane z zakupem materiałów do produkcji, kontrolą jakości detali oraz spedycją wyrobów gotowych. Nowo zakupione zaś maszyny zostaną posadowione w obecnej hali produkcyjnej. Jest to najbardziej oszczędny i optymalny wariant wdrożenia nowej technologii produkcji małogabarytowych detali lotniczych z trudnoobrabialnych materiałów. (Polish)
