As a result of the project, innovative cardboard packaging with unique design and utility features will be introduced to the world market. The realisation of the project is the result of previously planned and successful R & D works carried out by the Applicant, as well as commissioned to carry out the Institute of Polymer Materials and Colors O/Farb and Materials in Gliwice. Both research activities were crucial in the development of a new product. Their combination allowed to create an innovative cardboard packaging that serves as a packaging of cellulose tissues made of one piece of material, characterised by both an innovative design (which is the subject of a claim to the utility pattern) and an innovative protection of the surface of the packaging developed as a result of commissioned research and development, which significantly improves the protection of the content against damage as a result of dampness. The introduction to the production of such packaging will also have a significant impact on the improvement of the environment as it eliminates the need to paste foil into the packaging, which allows the box to be used for simple recycling. The process of implementing a new world-wide innovative cardboard packaging with unique structural and utility features will be carried out gradually through the following actions: Action I: Purchases of machinery, equipment and specialised means of transport Action II: Employment of new employees Action III: Installation and commissioning of purchased machines Action IV: Introduction from the Company’s offer of a new product – a world-innovated cardboard packaging with unique structural and functional features The project will start on 01.01.2018 and end 31.12.2019. Obie prace badawcze miały kluczowe znaczenie w opracowaniu nowego produktu. Ich połączenie pozwoliło uzyskać możliwość stworzenia innowacyjnego opakowania kartonowego pełniącego funkcję opakowania chusteczek z materiału celulozowego wykonanego z jednego kawałka materiału, charakteryzującego się zarówno innowacyjną konstrukcją (będącą przedmiotem zgłoszenia zastrzeżenia wzoru użytkowego), jaki innowacyjnym zabezpieczeniem powierzchni opakowania opracowanym w wyniku zleconych prac badawczo-rozwojowych, które znacząco poprawia zabezpieczenie zawartości przed zniszczeniem w wyniku działania wilgoci. Wdrożenie do produkcji tak wykonanego opakowania będzie miało również istotny wpływ na poprawę stanu środowiska naturalnego ponieważ eliminuje konieczności wklejania folii do opakowania, co umożliwia przeznaczenie pudełka do prostego recyklingu. Proces wdrażania nowego innowacyjnego w skali świata opakowania kartonowego o unikalnych cechach konstrukcyjnych i użytkowych będzie przebiegał stopniowo poprzez realizację następujących działań: Działanie I: Zakupy maszyn, urządzeń oraz specjalistycznych środków transportu Działanie II: Zatrudnienie nowych pracowników Działanie III: Instalacja i uruchomienie zakupionych maszyn Działanie IV: Wprowadzenie od oferty Firmy nowego produktu - innowacyjnego w skali świata opakowania kartonowego o unikalnych cechach konstrukcyjnych i użytkowych Realizacja projektu rozpocznie się 01.01.2018 roku a zakończy 31.12.2019 roku.
