The project includes the introduction of significantly improved agricultural tools developed as a result of comprehensive R & D works. They are produced in the process of converting waste into a product. Waste is used railway rails, processed using a proprietary technological line developed by the Applicant. The products will include plow blades, blades for machines working in the ground, cutting knives used in plant care and accessories for agricultural machinery. Thanks to the use of the properties of the material made of railway rails and innovations in the world of manufacturing technologies, tools will be developed, characterised by, among others, unique shape improving the efficiency of field works and increased strength. According to the applicants’ own studies, plowshares made in this technology consume slower than competitors – by up to 25 %, which reduces the number of exchanges, reduces the time of ploughing and reduces its costs. Lower production costs of agricultural tools will allow them to be made available at a more favourable price than products available on the market and made in traditional technol, which will affect the profitability of agricultural production. The lack of downtime in field work and a reduction in financial outlays will translate into improving the economic performance of agricultural holdings. The improvement of the technical parameters referred to above has been verified in the course of the Applicant’s own testing carried out since 2011 and the research commissioned to scientific units of cavity. Achieving the project’s objectives and starting production of innovative agricultural tools requires the realisation of an investment consisting of the preparation of the infrastructure and production line. Further research and development are also needed to enable the development of final products with increased technical parameters. Projekt obejmuje wprowadzenie na rynek znacząco ulepszonych narzędzi rolnicz. opracowanych w wyniku realizacji kompleksowych prac B+R. Są one wytwarzane w procesie przekształcania odpadu w produkt. Odpadem są zużyte szyny kolejowe, przetwarzane przy użyciu autorskiej linii technolog. opracowanej przez Wnioskodawcę. Produktami będą m.in. lemiesze do pługów, ostrza do maszyn pracujących w podłożu, noże tnące stosowane w pielęgnacji roślin oraz akcesoria do uprawowych maszyn rolnicz. Dzięki wykorzystaniu właściwości materiału z którego wykonane są szyny kolejowe oraz innowac. w skali świata technologii produkcji, powstaną narzędzia charakteryzujące się m.in. unikalnym kształtem poprawiającym efektywność prac polowych oraz podwyższoną wytrzymałością. Jak wskazują dośw. i badania własne Wnioskodawcy, lemiesze płużne wykonane w tej technologii zużywają się wolniej niż konkurencji - nawet o 25%, co zmniejsza ilość wymian, skraca czas orki i obniża jej koszty. Niższe koszty produkcji narzędzi rolnicz. pozwolą na udostępnienie ich w korzystniejszej cenie niż produkty dostępne na rynku i wykonane w technol. tradycyjnej, co wpłynie na opłacalność prod. rolnej. Brak przestojów w pracach polowych oraz obniżenie nakładów finansow. przełoży się na poprawę wyników ekonomicznych gospodarstw rolnych. Poprawa parametrów technicznych, o których mowa powyżej została zweryfikowana w trakcie badań własnych Wnioskodawcy prowadzonych od 2011 r. oraz badań zleconych naukowym jednostkom zewnęt. Osiągnięcie założeń projektu i rozpoczęcie produkcji innowac. narzędzi rolnicz. wymaga realizacji inwestycji polegającej na przygotowaniu infrastruktury i linii produkcyjnej. Niezbędne są także dalsze badania i prace rozwojowe umożliwiające opracowanie ostatecznych produktów o podwyższonych parametrach technicz.
