The project concerns the implementation of the results of R & D works carried out independently by the Company, as well as at its request. As a result of R & D, solutions have been developed as process and product innovations at least nationally. The project will implement a process innovation in the form of an innovative. technol. drying ceramic structure using, among others, a low- and high-temperature module. The technology includes solutions which, because of their high innovation characteristics, were submitted by the Applicant to the Polish University of Poland to grant patents for the invention titled. “The method of drying of building materials" and the invention” Construction pottery drying room. The abovementioned notifications were assessed in the State of Technology Report in all categories ‘A’. The implementation of innovative drying technology will enable the Company to produce new and improved products. As a result, the Diamond Plus ceramic void for 250 mm thick walls will be implemented on the market, which is characterised by an unprecedented national heat conductivity coefficient of?equ=0,1586 [W/mK]. The new product of the Company will increase the efficiency of the energy efficiency of buildings. The product was developed as part of the R & D work and submitted to the Polish Office for protection law on a utility model, obtaining a “A” assessment in all categories in the State of Technology Report. The project concerns an initial investment related to the construction of a new production plant. In the created plant, the above, innovative solutions will be implemented. As a result, the Company will be able to produce its products in a much more cost-effective, energy and raw material way, including the innovator Diament Plus. The project falls within the thematic scope of KIS No. 8 and will be implemented in Owczary in the Łódź Voivodeship, where the Company’s seat is located.     Projekt dotyczy wdrożenia wyników prac B+R realizowanych samodzielnie przez Spółkę, jak również na jej zlecenie. W rezultacie przeprowadzonych prac B+R opracowane zostały rozwiązania stanowiące innowacje procesową oraz produktową w skali co najmniej krajowej. W ramach Projektu zostanie wdrożona innowacja procesowa w postaci innowac. technol. suszenia ceramiki budowl. wykorzystującej m.in. moduł nisko- i wysokotemperaturowy. Technologia obejmuje rozwiązania, które z racji posiadanych cech świadczących o wysokiej innowacyj. zostały zgłoszone przez Wnioskodawcę do UP RP celem udzielenia patentów na wynalazek pt. „Sposób suszenia materiałów budowlanych” oraz wynalazek pt. „Suszarnia ceramiki budowlanej”. Wyżej wymienione zgłoszenia uzyskały w sprawozdaniu o stanie techniki we wszystkich kategoriach ocenę „A”. Wdrożenie innowac. technol. suszenia umożliwi Spółce produkcję nowych oraz ulepszonych wyrobów. W rezultacie na rynek zostanie wdrożony m.in. innowac. pustak ceramiczny Diament Plus przeznaczony do wznoszenia ścian o grubości 250 mm charakteryzujący się niespotykanym dotychczas w skali co najmniej krajowej współczynnikiem przewodzenia ciepła na poziomie ?equ=0,1586 [W/mK]. Nowy produkt Spółki przyczyni się do zwiększenia efektywności energetycz. budynków. Innowac. produkt został opracowany w ramach prac B+R i zgłoszony do UP RP w celu objęcia prawem ochronnym na wzór użytkowy, uzyskując w sprawozdaniu o stanie techniki we wszystkich kategoriach ocenę „A”.
