As part of the project, the applicant will carry out a number of investment activities aimed at starting the production and sale of precision calibrated rods with round, hexagonal or square cross-sections and a diameter of up to 100 mm. New products of the Company will be characterised by a number of improved mechanical and functional properties (in view of currently offered products on the market) in the form of: better surface quality, high tolerance of the length and size of the rod over its entire length, significantly less circularity deviation, high simplicity, lack of decarbonisation of the surface. Significantly improved products will result from the use of innovative polyoptimisation technology for the production of rods using the processes of hulling, blasting and cold-drawing in one technological sequence. Serial and above all economically viable calibrated rod production technology, using three key processes in one process: exfoliation, blasting, cold-drawing of bright steel has been developed as part of the R & D work carried out on its own and commissioned. The implementation of the project assumptions will allow the Company to extend its current commercial offer to include a new product not available on the domestic and foreign markets. Diversification of production will have a positive impact on competitiveness and recognition of the Applicant on selected European markets. The project plans to carry out adaptation work to adapt the hall to the design needs, purchase the necessary infrastructure for the implementation of technological processes, employ 8 employees and start the production of significantly improved calibrated rods. All the above-mentioned actions planned for implementation under the project are inextricably interlinked in functional, organisational and technological terms, and their implementation is necessary to market significantly improved products.     W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca zrealizuje szereg działań inwestycyjnych mających na celu rozpoczęcie produkcji i sprzedaży precyzyjnych prętów kalibrowanych o przekroju okrągłym, sześciokątnym lub kwadratowym oraz średnicy do 100 mm. Nowe produkty Spółki charakteryzować się będą szeregiem ulepszonych (względem obecnie oferowanych na rynku produktów) właściwości mechanicznych i użytkowych w postaci: lepszej jakości powierzchni, wysokiej tolerancji długości oraz wymiaru pręta na całej jego długości, znacząco mniejszej odchyłki okrągłości, wysokiej prostości, brakiem odwęglenia powierzchni. Znacząco ulepszone produkty powstaną w wyniku zastosowania innowacyjnej technologii polioptymalizacji procesu wytwarzania prętów z wykorzystaniem procesów łuszczenia, śrutowania oraz ciągnienia na zimno w jednym ciągu technologicznym. Seryjna i przede wszystkim opłacalna ekonomicznie technologia produkcji prętów kalibrowanych, wykorzystująca w jednym ciągu technologicznym trzy kluczowe procesy: łuszczenie, śrutowanie, ciągnienie na zimno stali jasnej została opracowana w ramach przeprowadzonych samodzielnie oraz zleconych prac B+R. Realizacja założeń projektowych umożliwi rozszerzenie obecnej oferty handlowej Spółki o nowy, dotychczas niedostępny na rynku krajowym oraz zagranicznym produkt. Dywersyfikacja produkcji pozytywnie wpłynie na konkurencyjność oraz rozpoznawalność Wnioskodawcy na wybranych rynkach europejskich. W ramach projektu zaplanowano przeprowadzenie prac adaptacyjnych umożliwiających dostosowanie hali do potrzeb projektowych, nabycie niezbędnej infrastruktury do realizacji procesów technologicznych, zatrudnienie 8 pracowników oraz rozpoczęcie produkcji znacząco ulepszonych prętów kalibrowanych. Wszystkie powyżej wymienione działania planowane do realizacji w ramach projektu są ze sobą nierozerwalnie powiązane pod względem funkcjonalnym, organizacyjnym i technologicznym, a ich wykonanie jest niezbędne w celu wprowadzenia na rynek znacząco ulepszonych produktów.
