As part of the implementation of the project by the Authorised Advisor NewConnect will be prepared documentation necessary for carrying out the issue of shares by the transformation of Doji Szymon Truskolaski and introducing this issue to the ASO NewConnect market. Authorised NewConnect Advisor within the Doja project Szymon Truskolaski will perform the following advisory services related to the issue of shares and their introduction to the NewConnect market: •assessment of the company, •investment theatre, •representation of the investor, •offer document, •procedure of circulation of confidential information, •company information policy, •information document. Based on prepared documentation (company valuation, investment teaser, investor presentation and offer document) the issue of shares in the form of a private offer will be carried out. Such action will result in attracting external investors. The company will be prepared to debut on the NewConnect market and operate on it thanks to receiving the procedure of circulation of confidential information and the company’s information policy. On the basis of the information document, it will be possible to introduce financial instruments in the form of shares of a company to trading on the NewConnect market. Numer_referencyjny_programu pomocowego: SA 42799(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: rozporządzenie KE nr 651/2014 Artykuł 18 Pomoc na usługi doradcze na rzecz MŚP Przedmiotem projektu jest pozyskanie przez Doji Szymon Truskolaski specjalistycznych usług doradczych świadczonych przez Autoryzowanego Doradcę Rynku NewConnect Salwix Sp. z o.o., w zakresie opracowania niezbędnej dokumentacji do pozyskania inwestorów zewnętrznych i wprowadzenia instrumentów finansowych do obrotu na rynku NewConnect. W ramach realizacji projektu przez Autoryzowanego Doradcę NewConnect zostanie przygotowana dokumentacja niezbędna do przeprowadzenia emisji akcji przez powstałą z przekształcenia firmy Doji Szymon Truskolaski i wprowadzenia niniejszej emisji akcji na rynek ASO NewConnect. Autoryzowany Doradca NewConnect w ramach projektu na rzecz Doji Szymon Truskolaski wykona następujące usługi doradcze związane z emisją akcji i ich wprowadzeniem na rynek NewConnect: •wycena spółki, •teaser inwestycyjny, •prezentacja inwestorska, •dokument ofertowy, •procedura obiegu informacji poufnych, •polityka informacyjna spółki, •dokument informacyjny. Opierając się na przygotowanej dokumentacji (wycena spółki, teaser inwestycyjny, prezentacja inwestorska i dokument ofertowy) przeprowadzona zostanie emisja akcji w trybie oferty prywatnej. Działanie takie zaowocuje pozyskaniem inwestorów zewnętrznych. Spółka zostanie przygotowana do debiutu na rynku NewConnect i funkcjonowania na nim dzięki otrzymaniu procedura obiegu informacji poufnych oraz polityki informacyjnej spółki. Na podstawie dokumentu informacyjnego będzie możliwe wprowadzenie instrumentów finansowych w postaci akcji przedsiębiorstwa do obrotu na rynku NewConnect. Planowana wielkość emisji to 1 mln. zł a debiut przewidziany jest w pierwszym półroczu 2019 r. (Polish)
