The subject of the project is the development of a modular set of devices, which will allow to limit interruptions in electricity supply to final customers. The proposed solution – The system of uninterrupted supply of customers (SBZO), will allow to maximise the continuity of electricity supply both during planned renovation works related to the modernisation of the distribution network infrastructure, as well as during failure recovery work. The main elements of the system are: switchgear with SN/nN transformer and connection system (module 1), converters system and energy battery (module 2), generators (module 3). Due to the use of modern technological solutions, i.e. high-power inverters, energy storage, synchronisation with the network and realisation of connections in voltage work technology (PPN), it will be possible to switch the power supply from the distribution network to power with SBZO and vice versa and reserve power supply of large numbers of recipients including receivers with restless nature of receivers while maintaining the selectivity of security. This solution is addressed to Distribution Network Operators (OSD). The work on the above issues is motivated by the need to implement important elements of the strategy of distribution companies, which result, among others, from the need to adapt to existing legal acts. Implementation of this solution can significantly affect SAIFI (average systemic break rate) and SAIDI (average, systemic break time) indicator, which determines a possible bonus/punishment for OSDs according to current legislation. Pursuant to Article 25 of Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). (English)

Zgodnie z art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). (Polish)
