Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).This project aims to develop new heat-shrinkable frames, the production of which will be based on the new, currently inaccessible automated technology.The thermometers are interchangeable with the machine tools of the CNC for fixing cutting tools.Currently, the thermometers are not widely used as they have significant defects in the production process with low levels of automation, suboptimal selection of the material used for their manufacture and the inadequate working methods to which they are subjected.It is precisely these issues that make the standard, even heat-shrinking suitable frames with a very low viability — ca.9000 gear exchange cycles and dimensional tolerances reaching from 0.015 mm to 0.02 mm.The new automated production technology will eliminate the negative impact of the current manufacturing process on quality.During the project, there will be 4 R & D stages of the project lasting 18 months.New frames and their technology will be developed during this period.In Phase I, different materials will be tested, the production of which may be of prototype, shrink frames and their properties will be analysed in order to obtain optimal parameters.Phase II implies the implementation of a prototype of an automated machine for the production of frames.During phase III work, a prototype automated machining function will be carried out and the completion of the project in phase IV will be the verification of the performance of the project as well as the parameters of the frames and mountings obtained on the production scale.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Niniejszy projekt ma na celu opracowanie nowych oprawek termokurczliwych, których produkcja będzie opierać się na nowej, obecnie niedostępnej zautomatyzowanej technologii. Oprawki termokurczliwe są wymiennym elementem stosowanym w obrabiarkach CNC do mocowania narzędzi skrawających. Aktualnie oprawki termokurczliwe nie są powszechnie używane, gdyż posiadają istotne wady wynikające z procesu produkcji o niskim poziomie automatyzacji, nieoptymalnego doboru materiału służącego do ich wytwarzania oraz nieodpowiednich metod obróbki, której są poddawane. Właśnie te zagadnienia powodują, iż standardowe, najlepsze nawet oprawki termokurczliwe cechuje niska żywotność - ok. 9000 cykli wymiany narzędzia oraz tolerancja wymiarowe sięgające od 0,015 mm do 0,02 mm. Nowa, zautomatyzowana technologia produkcji pozwoli wyeliminować negatywny wpływ, jaki posiada obecnie stosowany proces wytwarzania na jakość detali. Podczas projektu przeprowadzone będą 4 etapy prac B+R trwające razem 18 miesięcy. W tym czasie opracowane zostaną nowe oprawki oraz technologia ich wytwarzania. W I etapie przetestowane będą różne materiały, z których produkowane mogą być prototypowe oprawki termokurczliwe oraz dokonana zostanie analiza ich właściwości, aby uzyskać optymalne parametry. Etap II zakłada wykonanie projektu prototypowego zautomatyzowanego stanowiska do produkcji oprawek. W trakcie etapu III prac zostanie wykonane prototypowe zautomatyzowane stanowisko obróbcze, a zakończeniem projektu w etapie IV będzie weryfikacja jego działania jak również parametrów oprawek otrzymywanych w skali produkcyjnej.
