The project includes the development of a device and a dedicated data processing system as tools for comprehensive management of thermal comfort in buildings equipped with radiators and split air conditioners. As a result, a new product will be created: a service to optimise and manage energy demand, enabling savings and aggregation of the potential to reduce energy consumption for remuneration under DSR orders (DSR). “Demand Side Response”. The management of indoor thermal comfort will be implemented using the intelligent LERTA thermostatic head controlled by the radio, which allows the operation of the radiator and air conditioner to be managed on the basis of proprietary algorithms using machine learning methods. This will allow automated, efficient and reliable reduction of energy demand without significantly reducing the comfort of users of a given room. This system will allow the economies of scale achieved on a large number of small, distributed and easily managed facilities whose potential to reduce electricity demand after aggregation can be offered in DSR programmes organised by the Transmission or Distribution Network Operator. The solution will include a huge pool of existing Class B and C office buildings for which existing energy management systems are not available. The result of the project will be addressed to property managers interested in optimising heat comfort and the costs of electricity and heat consumed. LERTA will offer services to reduce demand for electricity and heat from the grid and sell individual equipment. (English)

Projekt obejmuje opracowanie urządzenia i dedykowanego systemu przetwarzania danych jako narzędzi do kompleksowego zarządzania komfortem cieplnym w budynkach wyposażonych w grzejniki i klimatyzatory typu split. Demand Side Response). Rezultat projektu zostanie skierowany do zarządców nieruchomości zainteresowanych optymalizacją komfortu cieplnego i kosztów zużywanej energii elektrycznej i ciepła. (Polish)
