The R & D programme will use experience in the development of industrially proven new zinc alloys with such components as: Al, Ni, Mn, Sn, which are the original achievements of the Institute of Non-ferrous Metals. This action will be accompanied by analysis and correction of quantitative and qualitative performance of the flux protecting and activating the steel surface, galvanised. The proposed innovative immersion galvanising technology will be fully prepared for implementation in the new galvanising plant. The level of readiness of the developed innovative technology is assessed by TRL VIII. The thematic scope of the study will include: • introduction • general information on the technology of immersion galvanisation of steel products • specification of proposed technological and technological innovations • describing the benefits of the proposed innovative solutions • assumptions of innovative technology of galvanising products from different steel grades • final information by users on innovative technology of galvanising steel products • summary.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020” Celem projektu jest opracowanie przez Instytut Metali Nieżelaznych innowacyjnej technologii cynkowania w oparciu o zmodyfikowany sposób topnikowania wyrobów stalowych oraz innowacyjny stop cynku tworzący kąpiel cynkowniczą, przeznaczoną do cynkowania wyrobów ze stali reaktywnych. W przewidzianym do wykonania programie prac badawczo-rozwojowych wykorzystane zostaną doświadczenia w opracowaniu sprawdzonych w warunkach przemysłowych nowych stopów cynkowniczych z udziałem takich składników jak: Al, Ni, Mn, Sn, stanowiących oryginalny dorobek Instytutu Metali Nieżelaznych. Przedstawionemu działaniu towarzyszyć będzie analiza i korekta ilościowych i jakościowych parametrów pracy topnika chroniącego i aktywującego powierzchnię stalową, poddaną cynkowaniu. Proponowana innowacyjna technologia cynkowania zanurzeniowego będzie w pełni przygotowana do wdrożenia w nowej cynkowni. Poziom gotowości opracowanej innowacyjnej technologii ocenia się stopniem TRL VIII. Zakres tematyczny opracowania wyników badań będzie obejmował: • wstęp • informacje ogólne dotyczące technologii cynkowania zanurzeniowego wyrobów stalowych • wyszczególnienie proponowanych innowacji techniczno-technologicznych • opisanie korzyści wynikających z zaproponowanych rozwiązań innowacyjnych • założenia innowacyjnej technologii cynkowania wyrobów z różnych gatunków stali • informacje końcowych użytkowników nt. innowacyjnej technologii cynkowania wyrobów stalowych • podsumowanie.
