The scope of the project also includes the design and development of a detailed concept of a technology demonstrator, including, if it proves necessary to propose structural and technological changes produced, in the intended implementation of the robotic process, the product in relation to manual technology, the design and execution of implementing devices for the implemented technology, including in particular the grip of the central connector element in the electrode for temporal stimulation of the heart, the master control system developed by the developed technology and the monitoring system of the correct process. In addition, the purchase and execution of the main components of the demonstration installation, including the instrumentation of technological machines and equipment for the implemented technology, including: design and manufacture of input/output warehouses on details and on defective details, innovative UV glue dispensing system. „Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020”Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja usługi badawczo+rozwojowej, której efektem będzie opracowanie innowacyjnej znacznie ulepszonej technologii nakładania warstwy kleju UV oraz kontroli jakości spoiny kleju UV w złączu centralnym elektrody do czasowej stymulacji serca, oparta o rozwiązania robotyki i automatyki, wdrożona na demonstratorze technologii i przetestowana w warunkach laboratoryjnych u Wykonawcy i produkcyjnych w siedzibie Wnioskodawcy. Opracowana technologia zaimplementowana na demonstratorze technologii sterowana jest z poziomu operatora za pomocą funkcjonalnego panelu HMI z możliwością transferu szczegółowych informacji dotyczących parametrów procesowych na dysk sieciowy. W zakres projektu wchodzą też projekt i opracowanie szczegółowej koncepcji demonstratora technologii, w tym, jeśli okaże się niezbędne propozycja zmian konstrukcyjnych oraz technologicznych wytwarzanego, w przewidzianym do wdrożenia procesie zrobotyzowanym, produktu w relacji do technologii manualnej, zaprojektowanie oraz wykonanie urządzeń wykonawczych do implementowanej technologii, w tym w szczególności do chwytu elementu złącza centralnego w elektrodzie do czasowej stymulacji serca, nadrzędny system sterowania opracowaną technologią oraz układ monitorujący prawidłowy przebieg procesu. Ponadto zakup i wykonanie głównych podzespołów instalacji demonstracyjnej, w tym oprzyrządowanie maszyn i urządzeń technologicznych do implementowanej technologii, w tym: zaprojektowanie oraz wykonanie magazynów wejść/wyjść na detale i na wadliwe detale, innowacyjny system dozowania kleju UV.
