“The applicant of the project is SANBET Concrete Factory W.,S. Piotrowscy Spółka Jawna. The proposed investment will consist of the construction of a fully integrated plant consisting of the following elements: • processing plant; • Concrete Node; The final result will be a plant covering the entire production cycle integrated into one whole – it will be the first plant of its kind in Poland. The subject of the project will be the implementation of the new technology of optimal production of aggregates (OMK) developed by SANBET – the project assumes the practical application of solutions developed by the Applicant’s Research and Development Department. As a result of the project, 1 new product and 2 significantly improved products not yet found on the Polish market will be implemented: New product: — optimal mixture of aggregates (OMK) Improved products: — freight concrete – watertight concrete The implementation of the proposed project will also contribute to reducing unemployment in the region due to the creation of 6 jobs, including for women. The proposed project will have a very positive impact on the economic activity carried out – thanks to its implementation there will be significant development both in terms of the scale of the activity carried out and the increase of production capacity. According to the studies obtained, 11 million tonnes of sand and gravel will be exploited to ensure continuous supply for production and sale for a period of not less than 7 years without having to supply external suppliers.” (English) | |||||||||||||||

"Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Firma SANBET Fabryki Betonu W.,S. Piotrowscy Spółka Jawna. Wnioskowana inwestycja polegać będzie na budowie w pełni zintegrowanego zakładu, składającego się z następujących elementów: • zakładu przeróbczego; • węzła betoniarskiego; Efektem finalnym będzie zakład obejmującego cały cykl produkcyjny zintegrowany w jedną całość - będzie to pierwszy tego typu zakład w Polsce. Przedmiotem projektu będzie wdrożenie opracowanej przez Spółkę SANBET nowej technologii produkcji OPTYMALNEJ MIESZANKI KRUSZYW (OMK) - przedsięwzięcie zakłada praktyczne zastosowanie rozwiązań opracowanych przez Dział Badawczo-Rozwojowy Wnioskodawcy. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostanie wdrożony 1 nowy produkt oraz 2 znacząco ulepszone produkty dotychczas nie spotykany na polskim rynku: Produkt nowy: - optymalna mieszanka kruszyw (OMK) Produkty ulepszone: - beton towarowy - beton wodoszczelny Realizacja wnioskowanego projektu przyczyni się także do ograniczenia bezrobocia w rejonie ze względu na utworzenie 6 miejsc pracy, w tym dla kobiety. Wnioskowany projekt wpłynie bardzo korzystnie na prowadzoną działalność gospodarczą – dzięki jego realizacji nastąpi jego znaczący rozwój zarówno w zakresie skali prowadzonej działalności jak i zwiększenia potencjału wytwórczego. Złoże wg. uzyskanych badań pozwoli na eksploatację 11 mln ton piasków i żwirów co zapewni możliwości ciągłych dostaw na potrzeby produkcji i sprzedaży przez okres nie krótszy niż 7 lat bez konieczności zaopatrywania się u zewnętrznych dostawców."
