THIS REQUIREED NAME OF ONE...., (Scientific unit), which was selected in the offer request, will carry out, among others, the following tasks: 1) conduct a State of Technology study to ensure the patent purity developed and supplied to the Applicant concerned carbon modified salinomycin derivative under heading 1. 2)identify operational research fields for the synthesis and modification of salinomycin on carbon in heading 1, with particular regard to the therapeutic potential of modifications, as well as possible difficulties for potential followers. 3) conduct synthesis and characterise at least 24 derivatives from 4 groups differing in the functionality of the modification applied (e.g. esters, amides, urethanes, amino acid amides, aminoalcohol amides, etc.) and determine the physico-chemical properties of derived derivatives, in particular their NMR spectrum. 4) conduct in vitro at least 24 IC50 derivatives using HL-60 cell lines and colon adenocarcinoma L0V0. For at least the two most active derivatives from different groups for functionalisation, an activity scan will be performed on a wider cell panel containing cell lines of breast, ovarian and lung cancer. 5)confirmatory and in vitro test and provide the Applicant with at least 16 IC50 derivatives from use (English) | |||||||||||||||

W ramach projektu, .......TU NAZWA WYBRANEJ JEDNOSTKI....., (Jednostka naukowa), która została wyłoniona w zapytaniu ofertowym, zrealizuje m.in. następujące zadania: 1)przeprowadzi badanie stanu techniki w celu zapewnienia czystości patentowej opracowanej i dostarczonej Wnioskodawcy przedmiotowej pochodnej salinomycyny modyfikowanej na węglu w pozycji 1. 2)określi możliwe do eksploatacji pola badawcze dla syntezy i modyfikacji salinomycyny na węglu w pozycji 1, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem potencjału terapeutycznego ew. modyfikacji, jak i ewentualnych trudności dla potencjalnych naśladowców. 3)przeprowadzi syntezy i scharakteryzuje co najmniej 24 pochodne z 4 grup różniących się funkcjonalnością zastosowanej modyfikacji (np. estry, amidy, uretany, amidy aminokwasów, amidy aminoalkoholi etc.), a także określi właściwości fizyko-chemiczne uzyskanych pochodnych, w szczególności ich widma NMR. 4)przeprowadzi badanie aktywności in vitro co najmniej 24 pochodnych z wyznaczeniem IC50 z użyciem linii komórkowych białaczki HL-60 oraz gruczolakoraka jelita grubego L0V0.
