Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.42799 (2015/X), aid_de_de minimis:§ 42 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on the granting of financial assistance by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in the framework of the OP Smart Growth 2014-2020 is the development by an external entity of the innovative coating technology of plastics on an industrial scale.Research and development will be carried out by a scientific body within the meaning of Article 2 (9) of the Act on the principles of funding of science, which is established in Poland and has the recognised scientific category B as referred to in Article 42 (1).3 of the Act, i.e.An Institute of Engineering Materials and Bars in Toruń.This project has been divided into five tasks:1.Laboratory testing for paper coating of 200-400 g/m² biodegradable.2.Studies on coating of 2 types of paper weighing 200-400 g/m² on a technical basis.3.Testing for the colouring of the device.4.Paper coating testing weighing less than 100 g/m².5.Development of test results and guidance for the coating of biodegradable paper.The duration of the project is 02.07-31.10.2018, i.e. a total of 4 months.The total cost of R & D will be PLN 215 127 gross, including PLN 174 900 eligible cost (net cost).The financial contribution will amount to PLN 148 665 (85 % of the eligible costs).As a result of the project, the Applicant will be able to implement, in the applicant’s services offer, a significantly improved paper coating service (with two different weights of the heads) in plastics and in green colouring to the colours chosen and the entry into contact with food on an industrial scale.The implementation of the improved service will be new at company and country level.The project will end in; (English)

    Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020 Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie przez zewnętrzny podmiot innowacyjnej technologii powlekania papieru tworzywem biodegradowalnymi na skalę przemysłową. Prace badawczo-rozwojowe zostaną wykonane przez jednostkę naukową w rozumieniu art. 2 pkt 9 ustawy o zasadach finansowania nauki posiadającą siedzibę na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej i posiadającą przyznaną kategorię naukową B, o której mowa w art. 42 ust. 3 w/w ustawy, tj. Instytut Inżynierii Materiałów Polimerowych i Barwników w Toruniu. Niniejszy projekt został podzielony na pięć zadań: 1. Badania laboratoryjne w zakresie powlekania papieru o gramaturze 200-400 g/m2 tworzywem biodegradowalnym. 2. Badania w zakresie powlekania 2 typów papieru o gramaturze 200-400 g/m2 w skali półtechnicznej. 3. Badania w zakresie barwienia wyrobu. 4. Badania w zakresie powlekania papieru o gramaturze poniżej 100 g/m2. 5. Opracowanie wyników badań i wytycznych do powlekania papieru tworzywem biodegradowalnym. Okres realizacji projektu to 02.07-31.10.2018 r., czyli łącznie 4 miesiące. Koszt całkowity zlecenia prac B+R wyniesie 215 127 zł brutto, w tym 174 900 zł koszt kwalifikowalny (koszt netto). Kwota dofinansowania wyniesie 148 665 zł (85% kosztów kwalifikowalnych). W wyniku realizacji projektu możliwe będzie wdrożenie w ofercie usługowej Wnioskodawcy znacząco ulepszonej usługi pokrywania papieru (o dwóch różnych zakresach gramatury) tworzywem biodegradowalnym i ekologiczne barwienie na wybrane kolory oraz dopuszczenie do kontaktu z żywnością na skalę przemysłową. Wdrożenie udoskonalonej usługi będzie nowością na poziomie działalności przedsiębiorstwa oraz kraju. Projekt zostanie zakończony w mom (Polish)
