| Property / summary: The Applicant is concerned with the implementation of a completely new ‘External Project Manager’ service in the undertaking.In order to be able to implement it and successfully obtain its customers and effectively implement the Applicant, the applicant needs to have recourse to the services of specialist external firms dealing with the engineering of new services and the mapping of processes and networking services in order to develop and effectively implement a new service.Additional work tools are also needed to diversify their activities.The project will be implemented by 01.01.2019-30.09.2020.In the framework of the project, it will bear the following expenses:(1) An initial audit to verify the potential of the applicant and an analysis of the applicant’s market environment in terms of the relevance and scope of the design of a new design — the service has already been completed, invoiced and paid, and the conclusions form the basis of this project 2) the creation of a strategy of action necessary to develop a new design design, including the development of design brief assumptions and the definition of project orientations;(3) the development of projects and prototypes and testing of a new or significantly improved product (4) consultancy services for the implementation of a new or significantly improved product (5) purchase of an IT system supporting the good organisation of PM tary_reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.42799 (2015/X), public funding:Article 28 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014;hel_de minimis:§ 42 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on the granting of financial assistance by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in the framework of the OP Smart Growth 2014-2020 (English) / rank | |||

Projekt Wnioskodawcy dotyczy wdrożenia w przedsiębiorstwie zupełnie nowej usługi "Zewnętrzny Projekt Manager targowy". By móc ją wdrożyć i z sukcesem pozyskiwać klientów oraz efektywnie realizować Wnioskodawca musi skorzystać z usług specjalistycznych firm zewnętrznych zajmujących się inżynierią nowych usług oraz mapowaniem procesów jak i usługami networkingowymi, aby wypracować i skutecznie wdrożyć nową usługę. Niezbędne są również dodatkowe narzędzia pracy, które pozwolą na dywersyfikację działalności. Projekt będzie realizowany w terminie 01.01.2019 - 30.09.2020r. W ramach projektu poniesie wydatki na: 1) Przeprowadzenie wstępnego audytu, mającego na celu zweryfikowanie potencjału wnioskodawcy oraz przeprowadzenie analizy otoczenia rynkowego wnioskodawcy pod kątem zasadności i zakresu opracowania nowego projektu wzorniczego- usługa już została zrealizowana, zafakturowana i zapłacona, a wnioski stanowią podstawę niniejszego projektu 2) stworzenie strategii działań niezbędnych do opracowania nowego projektu wzorniczego w tym, opracowanie założeń do briefu projektowego oraz określenie kierunków projektowych; 3) opracowanie projektów oraz prototypów oraz przeprowadzenie testów nowego lub znacząco ulepszonego produktu 4) usługi doradcze w zakresie wdrożenia nowego lub znacząco ulepszonego produktu 5) zakup systemu IT wspierającego dobrą organizację pracy PM targowego Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014; pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020 (Polish)
