Our flagship product – ZIRslim signal – although still very popular on the market, does not meet the growing expectations of customers. Expansion to certain foreign markets is becoming a problem. Moreover, EU standards continue to grow. This is why there has been a need to design and market a completely new beacon that will respond to the problems defined during the initial design audit. Several features will be of key importance (extended in the following part of the proposal): increased protection, switching on the LED light source, use of a movable visor allowing for horizontal mounting, etc. The new signal (in two standard dimensions) is the need to create new forms for its production. The cost of forms is crucial in our business, which is why the beacon must be designed flawlessly. It is necessary to hire a professional design office, which will design not only the signals themselves but also the whole system of their production, assembly, etc. As it turns out, many solutions used in the previous signalling devices are a problem, e.g. for assembly teams. The long-term implementation of our signals has provided us with an invaluable knowledge base about problems, which will be used to create an appropriate design brief with designers. As a result, we want to introduce a unique, universal product that meets all standards in many markets, which will give us a global advantage. U. z 2018 r. poz. 871, z późn. zm.), numer referencyjny programu pomocowego SA.42799(2015/X)”Nasza firma jest liderem rynkowym w produkcji i montażu systemów sygnalizacji świetlnej. Nasz flagowy produkt - sygnalizator ZIRslim - choć wciąż bardzo popularny na rynku, nie spełnia rosnących oczekiwań klientów. Problemem staje się ekspansja na niektóre rynki zagraniczne. Ponadto, wciąż rosną normy obowiązujące w UE. Dlatego też zrodziła się potrzeba zaprojektowania i wprowadzenia do sprzedaży zupełnie nowego sygnalizatora, który odpowie na problemy zdefiniowane w czasie wstępnego audytu wzorniczego. Kluczowe znaczenie będzie miało kilka cech (szerzej omówionych w dalszej części wniosku): większa ochrona, włączenie źródła światła typu LED, zastosowanie ruchomego daszka pozwalającego na montaż w poziomie itd. Nowy sygnalizator (w dwóch wymiarach standardowych) to konieczność stworzenia nowych form do jego produkcji. Koszt form jest kluczowy w naszej działalności, dlatego sygnalizator musi być zaprojektowany bezbłędnie. Konieczne jest zatrudnienie profesjonalnego biura projektowego, które zaprojektuje nie tylko same sygnalizatory ale także cały system ich produkcji, montażu itd. Jak się okazuje, wiele rozwiązań wykorzystywanych w dotychczasowych sygnalizatorach stanowi problem np. dla ekip montażowych. Wieloletnie wdrażanie naszych sygnalizatorów dostarczyło nam bezcennej bazy wiedzy o problemach, która to wiedza posłuży do stworzenia odpowiedniego briefu projektowego wraz z projektantami. W efekcie chcemy wprowadzić unikatowy, uniwersalny i spełniający wszystkie normy na wielu rynkach produkt, który zapewni nam przewagę na skalę globalną.
