„pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020.” ; „Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014Niniejszy projekt dotyczy przeprowadzenia profesjonalnego procesu projektowego, którego wynikiem będzie nowa linia wzornicza ekonomicznych pojemników do żywności o podwyższonej transparentności. Proces wzorniczy uwzględniać będzie możliwości jakie dają najnowsze osiągnięcia technologiczne z zakresu tworzyw sztucznych. Nowe produkty cechować będą się mniejszą grubością ścianek, co pozwoli na obniżenie ich wagi oraz ceny, a także świadczyć będzie o wymiarze ekologicznym nowego rozwiązania. Proces projektowy uwzględniać będzie następujące etapy: - przeprowadzenie wstępnego audytu – diagnozy. Etap zgodnie z dokumentacją konkursową przeprowadzony został przed złożeniem wniosku o dofinansowanie. Jego wyniki potwierdzają zasadność realizacji projektu oraz zdolność wnioskodawcy do wdrożenia jego rezultatów, - określenie strategii dalszych działań niezbędnych do opracowania nowego projektu wzorniczego, - opracowanie projektów oraz prototypów nowego produktu, Nowa seria zakłada opracowanie dziewięciu produktów o różnych pojemnościach: pojemniki kwadratowe 250 ml, 450 ml, 800 ml, 1250 ml, oraz pojemniki prostokątne 100 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml, 1500 ml, 1750 ml. Każdy model produktu składa się z pojemnika i pokrywki, w związku z czym w celu wdrożenia nowej linii wzorniczej konieczne będzie nabycie 18 form wtryskowych. Etap projektowy realizowany będzie w okresie od 01.11.2018 do 30.04.2019 r. Etap wdrożeniowy realizowany będzie w okresie od 01.05.2019 do 31.12.2019 r. (Polish)

The design process will take into account the possibilities offered by the latest technological developments in the field of plastics. The new products will be characterised by lower wall thickness, which will reduce their weight and price, as well as demonstrate the ecological dimension of the new solution. The design process will take into account the following steps: — carrying out a preliminary audit – diagnosis. The stage according to the competition documentation was carried out before the application for funding was submitted. Its results confirm the validity of the project and the applicant’s ability to implement its results, – define a strategy for further actions necessary to develop a new design project, – development of projects and prototypes of a new product, The new series assumes the development of nine products with different capacities: square containers 250 ml, 450 ml, 800 ml, 1250 ml, and rectangular containers 100 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml, 1500 ml, 1750 ml. Each product model consists of a container and a lid, so 18 injection moulds will be needed to implement a new design line. The project phase will be implemented in the period from 01.11.2018 to 30.04.2019. The implementation stage will be implemented between 01.05.2019 and 31.12.2019. (English)
