Przedmiotem projektu „BRAINSCAN - system do automatycznego wspomagania diagnostyki medycznej, detekcji i lokalizacji potencjalnych zmian patologicznych występujących w badaniach obrazowych głowy”, jest opracowanie technologii opartej na metodach Uczenia Maszynowego, które pozwolą lekarzom radiologom, na bardziej wydajną - szybszą interpretację badań Tomografii Komputerowej Głowy (dalej TKG lub TK głowy) oraz ograniczają do minimum ewentualne pomyłki podczas oceny wyników badań.W projekcie zaplanowano badania przemysłowe, których celem jest opracowanie i weryfikacja w warunkach laboratoryjnych nowych algorytmów dedykowanych do:- wstępnego przetwarzania danych obrazowych dla potrzeb klasyfikacji obrazów, detekcji i lokalizacji potencjalnych zmian chorobowych, - efektywnego wyszukiwania przypadków medycznych poprzez różnicowanie bieżącej serii obrazów z zapisami archiwalnymi z wykorzystaniem opracowanych przez nas modeli bazujących na sieciach głębokich, - dokładnej klasyfikacji badań TK głowy na obrazy prawidłowe oraz obrazy zawierające potencjalne zmiany chorobowe - anomalie,- detekcji asymetrii występujących w obrazach TK głowy jako potencjalnych zmian patologicznych,- lokalizacji potencjalnych zmian chorobowych w obrazie obrazu TK głowy.Spółka obecnie dysponuje bazą ponad 20 000 różnych badań z TK wraz z tekstowym opisem wyniku badania. Baza danych zostanie wykorzystana w opracowaniu i ocenie wyżej opisanych algorytmów, ze szczególnych uwzględnieniem m.in. splotowych sieci neuronowych, auto enkoderów oraz sieci generacyjnych.Przygotowane zostaną co najmniej dwa scenariusze udostępniania osiągnięć projektu.Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X)Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz.
