The Industrial Institute of Agricultural Machinery, selected by tender procedure, in accordance with the conditional agreement concluded, shall: 1. Develop guidelines for the extrusion and construction of the device and the assumptions and documentation of the device’s design; 2. The construction of the extruder prototype, will carry out the in-service, durability and safety tests of the extruder, testing the nutritional properties of the extrudate; 3. Including end-users of the product in its creation. As a result of the R & D work, the scientific unit will develop a prototype of an improved extruder for the production of feed with complete technical documentation of the equipment. The product innovation of the extruder will be based on the innovative design of the work unit (snail and sleeve), equipping the supply system for the desired temperature level of the sleeve and on an advanced control and control system, which will ultimately translate into: — more efficient plasticisation of high-fat seeds; — the formation of extrudates from different types of seeds and mixtures thereof; — optimise the quality of the finished product through the proper course of the monthly process. As a result, plant raw materials extrused in the developed device will be characterised by a significant decrease in the level of anti-nutrients (protechnic enzyme inhibitors) and increased absorption of starch and other nutrients. Budowy prototypu ekstrudera, przeprowadzi badania eksploatacyjne, trwałościowe i bezpieczeństwa ekstrudera, badania właściwości żywieniowych ekstrudatu; 3. Włączenia końcowych użytkowników produktu w proces jego tworzenia. W rezultacie realizacji prac B+R, jednostka naukowa opracuje prototyp udoskonalonego ekstrudera do produkcji pasz wraz z pełną dokumentacją techniczną urządzenia.
