    Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020 Projekt zakłada opracowanie i przebadanie nowego układu zasilania stałoprądowego z wysokim IP odpornego na wysokie temperatury otoczenia. Układ elektroniczny będzie miał zastosowanie w oprawie przemysłowej do wysokich pomieszczeń o wysokich temperaturach. Oprawa złożona będzie z tłoczonych profili aluminiowych będących pasywnym elementem chłodzącym. Oprawa wymaga zastosowania układu zasilania, który nie jest dotychczas dostępny na rynku i wymaga zaprojektowania i wdrożenia do produkcji rozwiązania przewidzianego do wysokich temperatur pracy. Ze względu na to, że projekt zakłada wykorzystanie nowego produktu w ekstremalnych warunkach pracy (temperatura pracy bliska temperaturze topnienia tworzywa oraz narażenie na działanie składowej UV w świetle emitowanym przez LED) będzie on przeznaczony, przede wszystkim, do zastosowania w przemyśle, zwłaszcza produkcji metali, tworzyw, ceramiki oraz hutnictwie, gdzie temperatura pracy pod sufitem przekracza 50 st. C. Obecna technologia dostępna na rynku nie pozwala na stosowanie diod LED w takich pomieszczeniach przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu odpowiedniej żywotności produktu. Wdrożenie do firmy nowego produktu, pozwoli oferować 10 lat gwarancji, co będzie dodatkowym bodźcem do zakupu przez potencjalnych klientów. (Polish)
