The implemented system consisting of software and hardware elements will allow the company’s offer to be extended to the service of providing service to customers in case of downtime and overhauls of large energy or chemical facilities, where the risk of accident is very high. Implementation of the solution will improve the competitiveness of the Applicant and increase the level of safety of workers on the Polish labour market. The project envisages the following activities: 1. Preparation for implementation: Identifying and mapping key business processes related to the implementation, modification and optimisation of innovation; Developing a marketing strategy; Preparation of a detailed financial model. 2. Support in the preparation of technology: Assistance in the elaboration of functional and technical documentation of the implemented service, assistance in the preparation and conduct of negotiations and initial investment. 3. Assistance to implementation: Advice and assistance in developing and carrying out the full implementation of innovation, advice on the development of human resources related to the implementation of innovations, and risk analysis of implementation. The services will be purchased in full from an accredited IOB: Netrix Group Sp. z o.o. The project will be implemented from 1 July 2018 to 31 December 2019. The implementation of the project will result in the implementation of 1 technological innovations and ultimately an increase in the competitiveness of micro-enterprises. „Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014”Przedmiotem projektu jest wsparcie HSE SYSTEM Sp. z o.o. w zakresie wdrożenia innowacyjnego narzędzia do obsługi przedsiębiorstw w zakresie BHP. Wdrażany system złożony z elementów oprogramowania i sprzętu pozwoli na rozszerzenie oferty przedsiębiorstwa o usługę zapewnienia obsługi bezpieczeństwa pracy dla klientów w przypadku przestojów i remontów dużych obiektów np. energetycznych czy chemicznych, gdzie zagrożenie wypadkiem jest bardzo wysokie. Wdrożenie rozwiązania pozwoli na poprawę konkurencyjności Wnioskodawcy oraz zwiększenie poziomu bezpieczeństwa pracowników na polskim rynku pracy. W ramach projektu przewidziano następujące działania: 1. Przygotowanie do wdrożenia: Identyfikacja i mapowanie kluczowych procesów biznesowych związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji, ich modyfikacji i optymalizacji; Opracowanie strategii marketingowej; Przygotowanie szczegółowego modelu finansowego. 2. Wsparcie w przygotowaniu technologii: Pomoc w opracowaniu dokumentacji funkcjonalnej i technicznej wdrażanej usługi, pomoc w procesie przygotowania i przeprowadzenia negocjacji oraz Inwestycja początkowa. 3. Asysta we wdrożeniu: Doradztwo i pomoc w opracowaniu i przeprowadzeniu pełnego wdrożenia innowacji, doradztwo w zakresie rozwoju zasobów ludzkich związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji oraz analiza ryzyka wdrożenia. Usługi zostaną w całości zakupione od akredytowanej IOB: Netrix Group Sp. z o.o. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 1 lipca 2018 do 31 grudnia 2019 roku. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie wdrożenie 1 innowacji technologicznej, a docelowo wzrost konkurencyjności mikro przedsiębiorstwa. Wprowadzenie do sprzedaży innowacyjnych usług pozytywnie wpłynie na skalę przychodów i wyniki finansowe Wnioskodawcy. (Polish)
