Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014 Projekt ma na celu wsparcie Wnioskodawcy(MŚP)w procesie opracowania i wdrożenia innowacji produktowej, procesowej,organizacyjnej i marketingowej realizowanych w obszarach KIS. Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie na rynek innowacji: paneli kamiennych/konglomeratowych 3D z funkcją grzewczą i oświetleniową,zabezpieczonych powłoką transparentną oraz w pełni automatycznej linii produkcyjnej do ich wytwarzania.Ponadto zostanie wdrożona innowacja organizacyjna (dostawy just in time) oraz marketingowa (zastosowanie narzędzi marketingowych).W trakcie realizacji projektu zostanie wykorzystane wsparcie jednostek IOB w zakresie wdrożeni innowacji produktowej, procesorowej,organizacyjnej i marketingowej.Konieczne jest wykorzystanie potencjału IOB do zaprojektowania nowego produktu oraz dedykowanej do tego celu w pełni automatycznej linii technologicznej (brak na rynku produktu w proponowanej formie jaki i linii technologicznej).Wnioskodawca posiada duże doświadczenie branżowe, zasadne jest skorzystanie z usług IOB w zakresie: -analizy alternatywnych ścieżek rozwoju,uszczegółowienie i ocena wybranej ścieżki rozwoju związanej z wdrażaniem innowacji, -przygotowanie szczegółowego modelu finansowego dla innowacji, -identyfikacja i mapowanie kluczowych procesów biznesowych związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji(modyfikacji i optymalizacji), -poszukiwanie i nawiązanie kontaktu z dostawcą technologii, -pomoc w opracowaniu dokumentacji funkcjonalnej i technicznej, -pomoc w procesie przeprowadzenia negocjacji z dostawcą technologii, -doradztwo w procesie przygotowania umowy zakupu technologii, -doradztwo i pomoc w opracowaniu i przeprowadzenia pilotażowego wdrożenia innowacji, -doradztwo, pomoc i szkolenia w pełnym wdrożeniu innowacji, ...
