The project involves the implementation of innovative technology for thermal hardening of glass and the processing of its surface to hydrophilic properties. The technology is the intellectual property of BK Glass. As part of the 34-month project, the technical infrastructure necessary for the production implementation of the project in the form of a production hall of ca. 2500 m², in which this technology will be installed together with accompanying equipment supporting the mechanical processing of glass. As a result of the project, new products and services dedicated to the industries will be introduced: furniture, construction, architectural and photovoltaic. The offer shows a high sales potential, including export. The launch of low-temperature plasma-based products and services based on thermal hardening technology creates new opportunities for increasing the efficiency, safety and sustainability of current glass-based solutions and offers new applications. The project will significantly affect the market position of the Applicant as a supplier to the industries that are the main recipient of glass. Projekt zakłada wdrożenie innowacyjnej technologii termicznego hartowania szkła oraz przetwarzania jego powierzchni do własności hydrofilowych. Wdrażana technologia stanowi własność intelektualną firmy BK Glass. W ramach 34-ro miesięcznego projektu zostanie wykonana infrastruktura techniczna niezbędna do produkcyjnego wdrożenia projektu w postaci hali produkcyjnej o pow. ok. 2500 m2, w której zostanie zainstalowana przedmiotowa technologia wraz z urządzeniami towarzyszącymi wspomagającymi obróbkę mechaniczną szkła. 13,18 rozp.651/2014 (Polish)
