The project will implement the results of research carried out on behalf of WITPOL, concerning the issue of dearomatisation of plant drinks during the production process, in order to get rid of the undesirable odor of beans, so-called. It’s “off-flavor.” As a result of the research work, a technology (manufacturing method/processing innovation) has been created to enable the implementation of product innovation, i.e. plant drinks without a bad bean smell. The implementation of innovation will be based on patent application P.427436 together with the obtained positive state of technology report. As a result, we will introduce a significantly improved product in the form of plant drinks with a new brand on the European market. The planned implementation will consist of: carrying out investment works, i.e. adapting production rooms and building installations to the production of plant drinks and purchase, supply and assembly of the technological line, packaging line and mechanical installation. The scope of the project was divided into 6 main tasks. As part of task No. 1, we will undertake actions aimed at establishing and securing the proper implementation of the obligations arising from the financing agreement, on which the receipt of grants in the form of advances depends on it. As part of task no. 2, we will carry out the adaptation of the property to the needs of the production of plant beverages. Task 3 will concern the adaptation of building installations. As part of tasks No 4 and 5, which fall for the second year of the project, the purchase, delivery and assembly of the technological installation and the packaging system are planned. In parallel, task No. 6 concerning the purchase, delivery and installation of mechanical installation will be carried out.The entire project is planned to be carried out within 18 months. A detailed presentation of the activities planned for executing tasks is included in HRF.SA 42799(2015/X), Art. 13 section 651/2014. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Przedmiotem projektu będzie wdrożenie wyników prac badawczych przeprowadzonych na zlecenie WITPOL, dotyczących zagadnienia dearomatyzacji napojów roślinnych podczas procesu produkcji, w celu pozbycia się niepożądanego zapachu fasolowego, tzw. „off-flavor”. Równolegle realizowane będzie zadanie nr 6 dotyczące zakupu, dostawy i montażu instalacji mechanicznej Reasumując całe przedsięwzięcie zaplanowano przeprowadzić w okresie 18 miesięcy. Szczegół. prezentacja działań zaplan. do wyk. w ramach poszcz. zadań zawarta została w HRF.SA 42799(2015/X), art. 13 rozp.651/2014. (Polish)
