The subject of the project is the implementation of product innovation – film intended for thermoforming HBF® (High Barrier Foil). As a result of the research and development, the internationally innovative HBF® – Max Quick® film technology and HBF® foil for thermoforming have been developed, which will be used for packaging of food products. The film has much better physico-chemical and functional properties than the competing film currently available on the market. The research was aimed at eliminating the fundamental technological problems related to the technologies currently available on the market in the field of food foil (properties related to thermoforming mechanical properties, oxygen permeability and carbon dioxide). As a result of the project, product innovation will be introduced, thanks to which the assortment structure of the company will be expanded.     Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie innowacji produktowej- folii przeznaczonej do termoformowania HBF® (High Barrier Foil). W wyniku przeprowadzonych prac badawczo- rozwojowych opracowana została innowacyjna w skali międzynarodowej technologia produkcji folii HBF® - Max Quick® oraz folia HBF® przeznaczona do termoformowania, która znajdzie zastosowanie do pakowania produktów spożywczych. Folia posiada znacznie lepsze właściwości fizykochemiczne i użytkowe, niż konkurencyjne folie dostępne obecnie na rynku. Prace badawcze ukierunkowane były na eliminację podstawowych problemów technologicznych związanych z obecnie dostępnymi na rynku technologiami z zakresu foli spożywczych (właściwości związane z termoformowaniem właściwości mechaniczne, przepuszczalność tlenu i dwutlenku węgla). W wyniku realizacji projektu wprowadzona zostanie innowacja produktowa, dzięki której zostanie rozszerzona struktura asortymentowa firmy.
