The subject of the project is the implementation of the GRILL-IMPEX COMPANY COMMANDIT COMPANY (hereinafter Grill-Impex or the Applicant) of the results of R & D works in the form of a new type of charcoal briquette as an innovative composite grill fuel. The project will expand the product range of Grill-Impex in the area of grill fuel with high functional and environmental parameters. The innovativeness of the product is: — a composite form of fuel, which is a combination of molecules of different density to reduce the firing time while increasing the burning time. — briquette burning time, shortened by approx. 30 % of the currently produced Grill-Impex briquettes and competitors. — smoking time about approx. 14 % longer than the time accepted by end-users, which is 180 minutes. — smoke time when igniting about approx. 20 % shorter than the time of smoking the Grill-Impex briquette and approx. 40 % shorter than the products of competition – the environmental properties of briquette (substantial reduction of nitrogen oxides (NOx) and carbon monoxide (CO)) – an innovative saddle shape that reduces the burning time and smoke time. — obtaining a uniform fine-grained structure and a smooth non-marking briquette surface. The scope of work in the project includes: construction of a production hall, other construction works, purchase, installation and commissioning of a machine park and purchase of advisory services. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie do produkcji GRILL-IMPEX SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA (dalej Grill-Impex lub Wnioskodawca) rezultatów prac B+R w postaci nowego typu brykietu z węgla drzewnego jako innowacyjnego kompozytowego paliwa grillowego. Realizacja projektu pozwoli rozszerzyć ofertę produktową Grill-Impex w obszarze paliwa grillowego o wysokich parametrach funkcjonalno-użytkowych oraz prośrodowiskowych. O innowacyjności produktu stanowi: - kompozytowa postać paliwa, stanowiąca połączenie cząsteczek o różnej gęstości umożliwiających skrócenie czasu rozpalania z jednoczesnym wydłużeniem czasu palenia. - czas rozpalania brykietu, skrócony o ok. 30 % w stosunku do obecnie produkowanego brykietu Grill-Impex oraz do produktów konkurencji. - czas palenia o ok. 14 % dłuższy od czasu akceptowalnego przez użytkowników końcowych, który wynosi 180 minut. - czas dymienia przy rozpalaniu o ok. 20 % krótszy od czasu dymienia brykietu Grill-Impex i ok. 40% krótszy od produktów konkurencji - prośrodowiskowe właściwości brykietu (istotne ograniczenie związków tlenków azotu (NOx) oraz tlenku węgla (CO)) - innowacyjny siodłowy kształt powodujący skrócenie czasu rozpalania i czasu dymienia. - uzyskanie jednolitej drobnoziarnistej struktury oraz gładkiej niebrudzącej powierzchni brykietu. Zakres prac w projekcie obejmuje: budowę hali produkcyjnej, pozostałe roboty budowlane, zakup, instalację i uruchomienie parku maszynowego oraz zakup usługi doradczej. W fazie komercjalizacji produktu Grill-Impex rozbuduje Dział Produkcji i Dystrybucji zatrudniając 12 nowych pracowników. Intensywne działania promocyjno-informacyjne mają za zadanie doprowadzić do sfinalizowania pierwszych zamówień już w II kwartale 2019 r.
