The project will consist of carrying out research works, divided into three stages, whose aim will be to develop steel sheet straightening technology using proprietary solutions. As a result, the applicant will be able to obtain plates with flatness currently not available on the market, significantly narrowed to the applicable standard, and with a reduced level of own stress. The sheets will then be subjected to laser cutting and the sheets themselves will be free of geometric defects. This will significantly improve the performance of the sheets, which will bring direct benefits to the customers and the applicant will allow the use of almost 100 % of the raw material, which is currently regarded as defective or with a lower quality category. Currently, during the process of straightening flat sheets from vertebrae, there are a number of defects of the product, such as longitudinal, transverse, edge wavy, middle, sickle cell, and morbidity. This makes it difficult to cut sheets into sheets, in many cases causing heavy material losses. Sheets processed in such a way often reveal their shortcomings also during machining at target customers, creating a number of further technological problems. Some of the sheets processed in the current technological processes have defects so large that they must be treated as waste or qualified in lower category products (the applicant therefore suffers measurable financial losses, either due to the need to lose raw material or sell the sheet at a lower price). Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). (English) | |||||||||||||||

Blachy będą mogły być następnie poddane procesowi cięcia laserem, a same arkusze będą pozbawione wad geometrycznych.
