Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The origin of this project stems from the practical need to urgently resolve problems related to the effective and effective application of the bioprotection preparation of maize against millet opacity in the case of smaller plantations up to 30 hectares. With this problem, AIR AGRO collided with its biosecurity services with a wind turbine. Experience has shown that the solution may be to develop an innovative BSA unmanned agro-aircraft system for precision agriculture. The BSA system must implement the application of air biosecurity measures in accordance with the general principles of integrated plant protection, ensuring dose precision, dosage adjustment to needs and within a short period of time. The innovation of the project will be the first use of a drone in Poland for plant protection treatments, thanks to the original propulsion solutions, control system and application of protective preparations. The competitiveness of the BSA system will result from a significant reduction in plant protection costs by increasing productivity compared to traditional technology, savings in the consumption of protection preparations and a faster and more effective response in the event of pest outbreaks. The project envisages the implementation of detailed research stages, which will allow for the design, execution and testing of the prototype, so that the final result of the project will be the complete documentation of the new product – the unmanned BSA agro system, which will be included in the offer of sale and provision of services from Air Agro. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Geneza niniejszego projektu wynika z praktycznej potrzeby pilnego rozwiązania problemów związanych z efektywnym i skutecznym sposobem aplikacji preparatów biologicznej ochrony kukurydzy przeciwko omacnicy prosowiance w przypadku mniejszych plantacji o pow. do 30 ha. System BSA musi realizować aplikację środków ochrony biologicznej z powietrza zgodnie z ogólnymi zasadami zintegrowanej ochrony roślin, zapewniając precyzję dawkowania, dostosowanie dawkowania do potrzeb oraz w krótkim czasie. Innowacją projektu będzie pierwsze w Polsce zastosowanie drona do zabiegów ochrony roślin, dzięki oryginalnym rozwiązaniom napędu, systemu sterowania i aplikacji preparatów ochronnych.
