The aim of the project is to develop product innovation in the form of an innovative technological sequence for the assembly and testing of shock absorbers and gas springs, for use in international Tier 1 component manufacturers in the automotive industry. The project is part of KIS No. 14 AUTOMATISATION AND Robotics of Technology PROCESSES. This will be done through a number of R & D works involving the development of the following equipment: • damping force tester for shock absorbers and gas springs, • gas filling and shock absorber closure device, • device for gas filling and closing of gas springs. The above mentioned devices will allow to obtain innovative product characteristics related to: • versatility of the technological string, • scalability and compactness of the solution, • high accuracy of error measurement, • shortened mounting cycle time. Implementation of the project results will take place in the activity of the Applicant’s own activity by independently starting production and introducing new products to the product offer. At the same time, due to the innovativeness of the planned solution, implementation of the project results will enable the Company to increase the competitiveness of the company on the international stage. The level of technological readiness before the start of the Project is determined on TRL IV, after completion of the Project the technological readiness will be at the level of TRL IX. The company secured the staff and technical resources necessary for the implementation of the Project and specified the requirements for entities participating in the work on the basis of subcontracting. The company will have the exclusive intellectual property rights necessary to implement the Project and implement its results, while at the same time it assumes an external diffusion of innovation through cooperation with enterprises in the SME sector. Celem Projektu jest opracowanie innowacji produktowej w postaci nowatorskiego ciągu technologicznego do montażu i testowania amortyzatorów oraz sprężyn gazowych, do zastosowania u międzynarodowych producentów komponentów na poziomie Tier 1 w branży automotive. Projekt wpisuje się w KIS nr 14 AUTOMATYZACJA I ROBOTYKA PROCESÓW TECHNOLOGICZNYCH. Powyższe nastąpi poprzez realizację szeregu prac B+R obejmujących opracowanie następujących urządzeń: • tester charakterystyki siły tłumienia dla amortyzatorów oraz sprężyn gazowych, • urządzenie do napełniania gazem i zamykania amortyzatorów, • urządzenie do napełniania gazem i zamykania sprężyn gazowych. Wyżej wskazane urządzenia pozwolą na uzyskanie innowacyjnych cech produktu związanych z: • uniwersalność ciągu technologicznego, • skalowalność i kompaktowość rozwiązania, • wysoka dokładność pomiaru błędów, • skrócony czas cyklu montażowego. Wdrożenie rezultatów Projektu nastąpi w działalności własnej Wnioskodawcy poprzez samodzielne rozpoczęcie produkcji i wprowadzenie do oferty produktowej nowych wyrobów. Jednocześnie ze względu na innowacyjność planowanego rozwiązania, wdrożenie rezultatów Projektu umożliwi wzrost konkurencyjności Spółki na arenie międzynarodowej. Poziom gotowości technologicznej przed rozpoczęciem Projektu określono na TRL IV, po zakończeniu realizacji Projektu gotowość technologiczna będzie na poziomie TRL IX. Spółka zabezpieczyła zasoby kadrowe i techniczne niezbędne do realizacji Projektu oraz określiła wymogi dla podmiotów uczestniczących w pracach na zasadzie podwykonawstwa. Spółka posiadać będzie wyłączne prawa własności intelektualnej niezbędne do realizacji Projektu i wdrożenia jego rezultatów, jednocześnie zakłada dyfuzję innowacji na zewnątrz poprzez współpracę z przedsiębiorstwami z sektora MŚP.
